SAFETY: Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced. Most have held down the pedal of a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Our Drivers run the loads in the same manner. Most of our freight is in the middle corridor of the United States. We will never force dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to NY City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.
COMMUNICATION: Drivers regularly meet face-to-face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name. Some have been around so long they have a nickname. Our operations dept. is available 24/7
PAY: Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. That's up to 5%-7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and a performance bonus and more.
