We are seeking a Junior Acquisitions Analyst to join our Investments team and support multifamily acquisitions across Timberlane’s investable markets. This entry-level role is focused on research, data gathering, and preliminary analysis to assist senior team members in sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating opportunities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Overview:
The Corporate Development Manager oversees the end-to-end acquisition process for Verita's Group in the United States. This role focuses on identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting rigorous financial and strategic analysis, and leading transactions from initial screening through closing and integration planning.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in the investment community—such as investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory (Big 4 preferred)—with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee preparation. Core Responsibilities
1. Target Identification & Pipeline Development

Basic Requirements:
