ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Strategy for Compliance Solutions. This position is part of the Corporate Strategy team that supports ADP's Compliance Solutions business. Compliance Solutions provides a suite of payroll and tax compliance offerings, along with payments and money movement services. These businesses are major growth areas for ADP, focused on creating and delivering innovative software, services, and payments solutions for ADP clients.

The successful candidate will partner closely with ADP executives to create and continually improve our overall Compliance Solutions strategy. This person will lead the development of new strategic initiatives focusing on both growth opportunities and operational enhancements for the business. They will also work closely with ADP executives on the ongoing execution of strategic initiatives. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business unit leaders and work collaboratively with their teams to identify, define, and plan critical strategic initiatives
• Identify, develop and drive long-term strategies based on fact-based analyses, focusing both on growth opportunities and operational initiatives for the Compliance Solutions portfolio

The software you produce will be critical to the development and certification of the first fully autonomous aircraft.

Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. You will work with other teams and stakeholders to establish technical and UX design requirements for these projects and own the "plan, code, build, test, release, deploy" lifecycle of these applications and services.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Life Actuary to join the Life Company’s Asset Liability Management Team.  This role coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.

This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.  Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you'll do:

• Performs complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.

• Reviews laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant; and provides recommendations for improvements and monitors industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.

• Runs models, generates reports, and presents recommendations and detailed analysis of all model runs to Actuarial Leadership.

• May make recommendations for model adjustments and improvements, when appropriate.

• Shares knowledge with team members and serves as a resource to team on escalated issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.

Job Description

• Provide deep technical expertise and thought leadership that helps accelerate adoption of the absolute best engineering practices, while maintaining knowledge on industry innovations, trends, and practices.
• Lead and participate in medium to large-scale projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering requested information, writing, and developing code, and conducting unit testing. Communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
• Developing highly scalable services to process millions of requests per day and solve complex software systems problems by leveraging state-of-the-art technology.
• Gaining exposure to various technologies used in Marketplace and E-commerce platforms.
• Designing and developing backend microservices and APIs for web applications using JVM ecosystem (Kotlin, Java) and other languages and frameworks (Python, Go)
• Collaborate with project teams and cross functional teams. Troubleshoot open issues and bug-fixes, ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs. Interact with project manager to provide e input on project plan.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, root cause), engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues. Formulate action plans, performing actions as designated in the plan. Interpret the results to determine further action, perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence of issues and complete online documentation.
• Provide support to the business by responding to users' questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies). Facilitate resolutions and lead cross-functional partnerships.
• Driving projects of high visibility across the organization.

Compensation: $50-$60/hour, depending on experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Legal Assistant to support our Business and Transactional Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience with conflict checks, engagement of clients, billing, proof reading and formatting complex legal documents, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless support of our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

Conflict Checks and Client Onboarding:

• Assist with conflict-check process and open new client matters.
• Draft and review engagement letters.

Billing and Administrative Support:

• Prepare and process invoices, track billable hours, and manage expense reports.
• Maintain organized electronic client files within the firm's Document Management System (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments).
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones.

Document Support:

• Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Format and finalize complex Word documents, including managing styles, table of contents, and complex formatting.
• Assist with drafting and formatting documents as needed.

Client Relations:

Required Qualifications & Skills
