Project Engineer (PE) is our entry level position. You'll work out of our Texas office as well as in the field from time to time.

Job Progression:

Project Engineers are hired into a role focused on professional development and meaningful contribution to the project team. Career progression is evaluated on an ongoing basis and is influenced by individual performance, demonstrated capability, business needs, and available opportunities. PEs will primarily work in the office but may be assigned to the field for short-term or extended rotations when opportunities arise. These assignments are intended to strengthen construction knowledge, field coordination, and overall project understanding.

Ongoing development will include structured skill rotations across preconstruction, project management, field operations, and closeout to support well-rounded growth and readiness for increased responsibility.

The Project Engineer must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist project management team in preparing RFI’s, processing submittals/shop drawings, and updating the associated logs. Scope includes submitting information to design team and owners.
2. Assist Project Manager/Estimator as requested.
3. Assist Superintendent with duties including but not limited to subcontractor coordination, scheduling and safety training if assigned to jobsite.
4. Ensure all necessary logs and documents are updated (pending field or office location).
5. Assist project management team with obtaining necessary documents from subcontractors to finalize subcontracts.
6. Attend job site meetings as required and keep meeting minutes.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise field operations on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects. Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Journeyman or Master Electrician license and have completed a minimum of four years of formal apprenticeship training. A minimum of eight years of electrical field experience is required. Certifications in CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10, and Hilti are required or must be obtained as directed.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all trades and levels of the organization. Job Summary

The Senior Project Administrator provides advanced administrative support to the Construction Administration team and plays a key role in coordinating all project documentation and processes from project start to project closeout. This role performs all functions of the Project Administrator position but at a higher level of experience, accuracy, independence, and ownership. Ariel Construciton is looking for an experienced construction project manager with at least 3-5 years of commmercial office /retail construction experience, to join our growing team. This is a field position that would involve traveling to various job sites as well as going on estiamtes.. The position entails reviewing project plans, creating schedules, scheduling trades, organizing daily project tasks, and scheduling and managing subcontractors in the field. The position requires you to work closely with the client, landlord, architect and subcontractors. This position requires an organized individual with good communication and follow up skills who will maintain open communication with our team, subcontractors, and all parties involved. This job would also require the individual to travel to perform estimates. This would involve meeting with potential clients at their project locations to review the project scope and taking detailed notes in order for a formal estimate to be drawn up from at a later time.

Our job sites are primarily located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and occasionally Long Island. Travel expenses are covered.
