Job Summary
Serving within the Research Faculty of the Institute, this position directly supports the extension, service, and economic development missions of Georgia Tech to the State of Georgia and beyond. Primarily this position provides entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration services to ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) member companies in strategic areas that foster development and encourage their growth. Georgia Tech EIRs (Entrepreneur-In-Residence) are comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs and/or angel investors with successful business backgrounds in order to help guide ATDC companies through high growth/funding stages. Incumbents in this role must possess recent early-stage startup experience serving in a leadership role as a startup founder, CEO, CFO, etc.

The opportunity
The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation) coupled with deep skills in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI) to support key finance personas. As an Entry-Level Air Dispersion Modeler, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients and our air quality team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of air dispersion modeling studies using EPA-approved models (e.g., AERMOD, CALPUFF, ISCST3).

- Conduct emissions calculations and data analysis to support air quality permit applications and compliance assessments.

After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. With two impressive towers at its core connected by a shared elevator, the TS3 project, slated to finish in 2026, encompasses 416,500 square feet and includes a large outdoor plaza for street-level retail.

- Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
- Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
