Installs pipe and hose on spray trucks, and other specially designed equipment and apparatus.
Repairs, replaces, and checks high and low pressure steam boilers; blows down and flushes boilers; checks all safety devices and controls, replacing and repairing when needed; flushes and cleans boilers, storage and return tanks, hot water heaters, and similar apparatus.
Makes estimates of time and materials; supervises the work of helpers assisting in various phases of the work; interacts with the public in order to answer questions, identify their service needs, or locate missing materials.
Performs related work as assigned.

About the Role
The PVCO Production Shift Supervisor at our Wichita Falls, TX is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of PVCO pipe. This role provides direct supervision of production personnel, drives operational performance, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving production targets, minimizing waste, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output objectives
- Lead and reinforce compliance with Westlake Pipe & Fittings safety policies and procedures
- Conduct shift meetings, safety training, inspections, incident investigations, and follow-up actions
- Drive root cause problem solving using 5-Why methodology and structured improvement tools
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and line performance to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime
- Complete accurate and timely production documentation, including shift reports, SAP production data, and SPC charts

Role accountabilities:
- Prepare construction documents for mechanical and process piping systems such as process exhaust, PCW (Processed Chilled Water), UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), specialty gas/chem, and drains.
- Knowledge of pipe sizing and flow rate calculation for liquids and gasses preferred.
- High Tech industry knowledge of materials specs preferred.
- Strong familiarity with the process of developing constructible packages based on client and tool vendor provided information and templates is required.
- Experience surveying and documenting existing conditions and identification of utility points of connection (POC).

The Role
As a Civil Designer, you’ll be the engine behind our site plan sets. You won’t just be "drawing"; you’ll be building intelligent Civil 3D models, solving grading puzzles, and navigating the complexities of utility and drainage design. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Engineers to transform concepts into permit-ready construction documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Prepare comprehensive civil site plan sets, including site layout, grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and erosion control.
- Modeling Mastery: Build and maintain Civil 3D models using surfaces, feature lines, corridors, and pipe networks; perform earthwork quantities and basic takeoffs.
- Hydraulic Support: Assist with drainage design (inlet checks, pipe sizing, and detention layouts) and assemble calculations for submittals.
- Project Integration: Interpret surveys, plats, and geotechnical reports to create accurate base maps and incorporate multi-disciplinary redlines.
- Regulatory Navigation: Ensure all designs meet QA/QC standards, ADA accessibility, fire codes, and specific jurisdictional requirements.
- Permitting & Construction: Prepare submittal packages, respond to jurisdictional comments, and provide RFI or as-built support during the construction phase.
Qualifications
- Experience: ~5 years of dedicated civil/site design experience, specifically within the commercial or education sectors (retail, banks, schools).
- Software Expertise: High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (Surfaces, Grading Tools, Pipe Networks, and Xrefs).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of site drainage, utility layout, and the typical organization of a 60/90/100% plan set.
- Compliance: Ability to read and apply municipal standards, ADA requirements, and local site codes.
- Education: A.S. or B.S. in Civil Engineering, Drafting/Design Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hydrology/hydraulics software (Civil 3D SSA, StormCAD, etc.).
- Familiarity with SWPPP/NPDES exhibits and submittal workflows.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft 365.
Project Engineer- Hybrid
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in sewer conveyance design and pipeline/manhole rehabilitation to join their growing team. As a Project Engineer, you will directly contribute to the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on sewer pipeline and manhole rehabilitation. This role offers the opportunity to function as a lead engineer and/or assistant project manager on complex sewer rehabilitation challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Engineer and/or Design Manager with full technical responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution of tasks for small or larger projects.
- Preparation of contract specifications and drawings.
- Planning, design and construction of new pipelines (pressure and gravity) and manholes or rehabilitation projects ranging in diameters and material type including condition assessment and prioritization and rehabilitation of existing pipelines.
- Pipe design calculations to determine pipe size, pressure class, external loads including trench design, pipe joint selection, etc.
- Technical expertise in the layout and profiles of pipeline design in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Utility investigations and coordination to determine and resolve potential vertical and horizontal utility conflicts.
- Knowledge of subsurface and geotechnical engineering requirements.
- Field surveying project requirements.
- Sewer system evaluation surveys; inflow/infiltration studies.
- Development and review of technical reports, proposals, contract documents, resources studies, and data analysis.
- Office and field engineering support during construction.
Requirements
- NASSCO certification (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on conveyance systems.
