A Janitor is responsible for keeping the workplace clean, organized, and disinfected. The requirements listed below are responsibilities and skill requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. (Offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas).
- Cleaning stains from chairs and upholstered furniture.
- Keep furniture free of dust. As well as lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings.
- Leaving empty trash cans, as well as cleaning trash cans and ashtrays.
- Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, as well as replenish supplies in this area and where required.
- Washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.
- Empty trash and recycling containers to the disposal area.
- Clean trash and snow from sidewalks if necessary.
- Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies in stock and, if applicable, request missing materials from your supervisors.
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or conditions requiring maintenance.
- Maintain a cleaning chart indicating the areas that were cleaned and inspected.
- Follow safety and precaution rules.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Close doors at the end of the night shift.

As the QC/QA Administrator, you will support SVMβs Quality Control / Quality Assurance Program at our Reno, Nevada site location. This role blends administrative coordination with daily field presence to ensure quality documentation, review coordination, and compliance tracking are executed consistently across all phases of a project.
You will work closely with the Project Executive, Project Managers, QA/QC Officer, BIM Director, and field leadership to help maintain documentation standards, track review milestones, and ensure projects meet SVMβs quality expectations before advancing to the next phase.
What you will do
Quality Control / Quality Assurance Administration
- Maintain and distribute Submittal Checklists for each phase of assigned projects.
- Track completion of QC documentation prior to phase advancement.
- Coordinate documentation flow between Engineers, Project Managers, and QA/QC personnel.
- Maintain version control of plan sets, internal markups, and review documents.
- Assist in preparing documentation for Technical Reviews and Management Reviews.
- Archive finalized QC documentation per company standards.
Review & Compliance Coordination
- Schedule Technical and Management Review meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and review materials.
- Record meeting minutes and document action items.
- Track corrective actions resulting from plan checks and code compliance reviews.
- Maintain logs related to specification consistency and interdisciplinary coordination.
BIM & Documentation Coordination
- Support coordination between the project team and BIM Director.
- Maintain organized documentation of model coordination and design revisions.
- Ensure QA/QC documentation aligns with BIM standards and project documentation requirements.
Administrative & Site Operations Support
- Assist with scanning, filing, printing, and digital organization of project documents.
- Perform daily job walks to review field installation, verify quality standards are being met, and confirm required QC documentation aligns with onsite conditions.

As a Senior Structural Design Engineer, youβll oversee multiple structural projects from start to finishβdesigning anchorage, seismic bracing, and vibration isolation systems for HVAC, plumbing, and piping equipment. In this role, youβll balance hands-on design work with mentorship, task delegation, and cross-functional collaboration. Youβll also serve as a subject matter expert, supporting both project execution and team development.
What you will do
- Manage multiple structural projects that vary in complexity, owning design execution from inception to delivery.
- Review incoming design requests, prioritize workload, and delegate design tasks to junior engineers based on skill and capacity.
- Mentor and coach Design Engineers I and II, providing guidance on design best practices, code interpretation, and field challenges.
- Provide input to the Structural Lead on workload planning and team development efforts, and maintaining internal standards and preferred product documentation.
- Serve as the teamβs subject matter expert on anchorage and vibration isolation design, including advanced knowledge of system applications, product options, and limitations.
- Design structural support systems, including seismic bracing, anchorage, and isolation systems for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Perform structural calculations for non-structural components in compliance with applicable codes and standards (CBC, CMC, IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, ANSI, AISC, NDS, SMACNA, and ASHRAE).
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to select, validate, and confirm compatibility of anchorage and isolation components with both design criteria and field conditions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Detailers, Superintendents, and Foremen to evaluate constructability, resolve field constraints, and coordinate timely revisions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on structural design matters, participating in engineering turnover meetings, project meetings, and design coordination efforts.
- Create and compile detailed anchorage and bracing calculation packages, including CAD-generated details, with clear and consistent presentation.
- Stamp design packages with a current PE license where required for permit submissions or code compliance.
- Attend manufacturer-led training sessions, industry seminars, and SVMβs internal Learning & Development courses to stay current on evolving codes, standards, and best practices in structural design.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering required.
- 8+ yearsβ of structural design experience with a minimum of 3+ years designing structural components for HVAC & Plumbing projects/systems required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or Nevada required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers required.
- Proven ability to support multiple projects with shifting priorities and fast-paced schedules required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, Bluebeam, RISA-3D, Microsoft Office Products, and anchor design software preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and seismic design criteria required.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment anchorage, and seismic bracing in the MEP industry required.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The Sr. Manager of Marketing Science drives and executes strategic initiatives that improve our marketing data and analytics capabilities. This role will leverage advanced analytics techniques and data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media measurement, strong analytics and insights skills, broad knowledge of marketing technologies, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders. This role is critically important for the success of the Global Forecasting, Pricing, and Analytics (FPA) team and reports to the Head of Analytics within the team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leadership
* Lead marketing science initiatives in the development and execution of advanced analytics to support marketing strategies and goals.
* Provide thought leadership on marketing measurement techniques, including the trade-offs between controlled experiments, natural experiments, and multivariate statistical models for different situations.
Marketing Science
* Partner with our media agency to ensure we are maximizing the output of our media mix model (MMM) partner.
* Deep understanding and experience with creating and managing marketing attribution solutions, i.e., multi-touch attribution (MTA). Ability to build/maintain in-house solutions and/or work with outside partners as necessary.
* Identify and maintain marketing analytics key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure performance.
* Partner with data scientists, IT, and consultants to develop advanced analytical models and dashboards related to marketing.
* Ability to perform statistical analyses and tests to quantify the business value of an opportunity.
* Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing.
Reporting and Data Management
* Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of marketing performance reports and insights.

U.S. Base Salary Range: $137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for day-to-day IT needs across SVMβs operations.

The Job at a Glance: Our Inside Sales Representative sell advertising space to local, regional and national businesses of all sizes throughout the US. We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance.

Additional commissions can be earned above and beyond as well. Job Details BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in power electronics; 8+ years of relevant industry experience required.
A PhD is considered an asset.
Deep understanding of power inverter operation and design, including both hardware and control aspects.
Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems and their application in industrial and high-power environments.
Proven expertise in debugging power electronics circuits, including failure analysis and system-level troubleshooting.
Experience with advanced PWM strategies, such as space vector modulation (SVM), sinusoidal PWM, and discontinuous PWM schemes.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital, analog, and power electronic circuit design, including testing and debugging.
Hands-on experience with power electronics laboratory equipment, such as oscilloscopes, DC/AC electronic loads, programmable power sources, and current/voltage probes.
Experience designing converters using SiC and GaN semiconductor devices, with an understanding of their switching characteristics and layout requirements.
