Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified /Board Eligible Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center.
Board Certification: All Contractor's physician(s) shall be Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology , and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times.
Direct Patient Care: estimated _95% of the time involved in direct patient care. Contractor shall be

Scope of Care: Contractor's physician(s) shall be responsible for: Inpatient Care: All psychiatrists will be required to work in collaboration with Mental Health staff who are part-time or full time salaried by the VA for inpatient care duties including but not limited to:
- Operating and collaborating physician's patients • Seeing 1C/1D Psychiatry Service - Ward Patients.
- Admitting
- Diagnosis of patients
- Developing Treatment Plans
- Managing, including the performance of timely treatment
- Discharge/Transfer
- Including all needed medical record documentation
- Outpatient Care
- Seeing all new patient referrals with accompanying medical records
- Seeing severely mental ill patients
- Evaluation disposition E-consult

Essential Functions
· Provides medical leadership
· Performs requested evaluations and follow-up visits
· Provides coverage for physiatrist consultations when needed
· Attends CMEs to support clinical activities regularly
· Provides educational supervision to any assigned residents or medical students

Education
· Residency training and clinical experience in diagnosis, pediatrics and rehabilitation management of patients with impairments related to neurologic, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and other general disorders is required
Work Experience
· Previous experience in medical management of pediatric rehabilitation patients in acute care and rehabilitation settings is required
Licenses / Certifications
· Board Certified/Board Qualified Physiatrist required
· Board Certified/Board Qualified Pediatrician and/or Pediatric Rehabilitation required
· Pennsylvania State Medical License required (can have license from another state and acquire the PA license)

Position Summary
The Financial Business Manager will be the main financial point of contact for assigned companies. They will serve and support their assigned companies' various financial, budgeting, and operation needs. The position will be based out of the Jefferson City Office but will require some travel and fieldwork.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Evaluate business performance and present monthly financial analysis to Operations Manager.
- Be a Business Partner to the Operations Manager.
- Participate in developing annual company(s) budgets. Continuously monitor financial and operational performance and investigate variances to the budget.
- Prepare periodic analyses and reports for use by management; develop budget inputs and recommend budget adjustment.
- Assist in the monthly and year-end closing process, as well as the annual audit.
- Work with various operation personnel to prepare financial forecasts.
- Review general ledger and balance sheet detail on a regular basis and suggest appropriate journal entries.
- Monitor the day-to-day accounting operational functions of assigned company(s) ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for AR, AP, and Payroll.
- Review cost of goods sold and production reports. Analyze manufacturing operations and production costs.
- Study and identify processes, productivity and cost improvements; recommend changes to improve productivity and service while reducing cost.
- Prepare detailed cost and return on investment analysis at plant and/or equipment level.
- Management and leadership of a team of individuals performing a variety of tasks if applicable to companies assigned.
