Position Summary
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for MSI metrics, PVR's(Periodic validation reviews, spreadsheet validation, collecting business requirements for technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations of QC laboratories, including troubleshooting issues with QC instruments and equipment.

Under limited to moderate supervision, provides technical solutions to faculty, staff, and students for all aspects of classroom Academic Technologies, including but not limited to displays, complex audio and control systems, and lecture capture software. Significant focus on IP based network audio and visual (AVOIP) academic technology primarily comprised of Extron, QSC, and Dante environments. - Prepare contract documents and support the onboarding of new vendor agreements.
- Monitor contract performance, including developing and tracking key performance metrics.
- Coordinate the processing of contract documents to ensure leadership understands and approves contract terms.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, complaints, and disputes through negotiation or contract termination when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading competitive procurement processes such as RFPs, RFIs, and IFBs.
- 5+ years of experience negotiating and managing contracts.
- Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to government agency contracting.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of negotiation strategies and contract administration practices for large-scope or high-dollar contracts.
- Experience monitoring contract costs and vendor performance.
- Understanding of systems and procedures used to evaluate third-party vendor performance.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the administration of public funds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard business software applications.
