Overview


As a SAP S4 OTC Pricing & Promotions Architect, you will help design and deliver technology solutions that support pricing and promotional strategies. You will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to turn business goals into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.


Description


  • Act as a subject matter expert for Pricing & Promotions solutions and support both business and technical teams.
  • Help design and implement next-generation pricing and rebate capabilities in collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage and deliver work from the product backlog, including features, enhancements, incidents, and change requests.
  • Convert business needs into clear user stories, designs, and technical documentation.
  • Support the full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Promote Agile and SDLC best practices while working closely with scrum teams and engineering partners.
  • Ensure solutions align with security standards, architecture principles, and modern data practices.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA or external Pricing & Promotions solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Pricing & Promotions processes such as waterfall pricing and promotional pricing.
  • Experience with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience with: SAP configuration and solution design, Pricing configuration and Integration with Accounts Receivable
  • Deployments or new location setup
  • Experience supporting production systems and business-critical applications.
  • Ability to lead small teams (2–5 members) and deliver results in fast-paced environments.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with SAP CRM and TPM promotions management

Responsibilities Office Management


Office Operations & Facility Management

  •  Oversee and maintain the office space, common areas, and workstations to ensure a clean and functional environment. I.e. clean dishes, take out the trash, vacuum, order snacks, coordinate lunch, etc.

  •  Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, office improvements, and small repairs.

Errands & Shopping Coordination

  •  Manage grocery shopping, household supplies, and meal prep coordination.

Household Maintenance & Project Oversight

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, lead the pricing integrity of the store through the execution of daily and weekly pricing activities as instructed through Store Net mail and emails from the DG Market Merchandising team, as well as both DG and DG Market ads. Ensures that all merchandise received is properly recorded on the receiving log and assists the Store Manager in matching invoices for proper clearing of the monthly transaction log.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provides support to other managers as requested to maintain receiving and pricing integrity.

* Count and inspect merchandise delivered from DSD vendors to ensure accurate counts and billings following company vendor check-in policies.

POSITION SUMMARY


The Contractor will provide operational and analytical support for commercial contracts, pricing execution, and logistics operations under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Pricing and Contracting. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Contract & Pricing Support

Maintain and update the Commercial Pricing Master File to ensure all approved prices are accurately reflected in internal systems.

Support the drafting and administrative review of commercial contracts, including organizing supporting exhibits and pricing addendums.

  • GTN (Gross-to-Net) support

Consolidate monthly/quarterly raw data for rebates and chargebacks from multiple stakeholders for financial accuracy.

Conduct primary data validation using Excel functions to flag outliers or calculation errors before final settlement.

  • Operational Reporting & Data Management

Aggregate sales and pricing data to generate standardized weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.

Manage and improve Excel-based tracking tools to streamline data consolidation and enhance reporting accuracy.

  • Tactical Execution & Departmental Coordination

Follow up on specific action items from internal meetings and ensure all administrative deliverables are completed on schedule.

WORK EXPERIENCE
