The Field Technician provides support and maintenance services for computer systems based on manufacturers' specifications. This candidate must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Charlotte, NC and be willing to travel (expenses paid) regularly to client sites in the Greater Charlotte Area.
What You'll Do:
- Analyzes diagnostic information and utilizes technical expertise to diagnose and repair/replace failed components based on manufacturer's system design specifications
- Provides technical information as needed for further diagnostic work, project planning, etc.

- Submit wholesale orders on behalf of the sales team and assist with market recaps, selling summaries, and special projects.

- Help ensure EDI orders are received accurately and on time; identify and resolve discrepancies in partnership with internal teams.

The Manager, Cybersecurity Operations is responsible for overseeing Skechers global security operations and incident response program. This role provides operational leadership to ensure effective threat detection, investigation, and response across enterprise environments, leveraging both internal capabilities and partnership with managed security service providers.
This role blends strategic program ownership with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring SOC and IR processes are mature, well-governed, and continuously improving. The manager will own global operations and incident response policies, lead incident response training and tabletop exercises, and partner with internal teams and external providers to strengthen detection and response readiness, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
SOC Operations & MSSP Management
- Manage the global SOC function, including day-to-day operations, escalation workflows, and 24/7 monitoring coverage across internal teams and external partners.
- Serve as the primary operational owner for MSSP relationships, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, performance, and security expectations.
- Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths between internal and external teams.
- Regularly assess program performance using defined metrics, service-level objectives, and quality reviews, driving continuous improvement as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding, tuning, and ongoing optimization of tooling and detections across internal and managed environments.
Incident Response & Process Governance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proven experience managing SOC operations and incident response programs, including coordination with MSSPs or outsourced security services.
- Strong understanding of SOC workflows, threat detection, SIEM operations, alert triage, and incident escalation models.
- Experience developing and governing incident response policies, playbooks, and training programs.

Business & Customer Support
Be a first-line regulatory partner for commercial and customer-facing teams, addressing customer regulatory inquiries related to cosmetic ingredients.

Required Qualifications:

Your mission is to drive multi-year, multi-MW, take-or-pay capacity agreements, enabling those organizations to scale AI compute with GMI’s GPU cloud and data center platform. This is a highly strategic role requiring deep industry knowledge, credibility, and a proven ability to work with Director–VP level infrastructure leaders.
What You Will Do
1. Build and own relationships with hyperscaler infrastructure decision-makers
- Engage Director/VP-level leaders in AI infra, DC planning, capacity engineering, and compute procurement.
- Serve as a trusted partner on AI infrastructure scaling, budget cycles, and long-term planning.
2. Drive multi-year strategic GPU capacity deals
- Structure and negotiate multi-MW GPU cluster contracts across H200, B200, B300, GB200, GB300.

3. Navigate hyperscaler procurement and internal workflows

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred); fluent in both English (native/bilingual level) and Chinese (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing) – deep understanding of Chinese culture and business mindset is a key advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics management tools.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international logistics, with expertise in North American local customs clearance, warehousing, delivery, and supply chain operations; access to high-quality local logistics networks is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of global logistics markets, including express, air freight, sea freight, and Incoterms; familiar with North American import/export regulations and end-to-end export procedures.

What The Role Entails
We are seeking an authoritative and highly technical Senior Manager to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure across our global hyperscale data center portfolio. Focusing primarily on the Americas (AMERs) and Latin America (LATAM) with global oversight, this role transitions beyond individual engineering to full portfolio and personnel management. The ideal candidate will direct regional engineering staff, govern vendor relationships, enforce strict project execution sequencing, and ensure world-class delivery of our telecom strategy.
What You Will Get To Do
Team Leadership
· Directly manage, develop, and allocate resources for regional telecom engineering and development staff.
· Enforce strict project sequencing, ensuring internal scope and lease alignment is locked prior to external contractor pricing or legal counsel engagement.
· Manage departmental OpEx/CapEx budgets and oversee the external vendor bidding, negotiation, and award process.
· Serve as the primary technical authority and escalation point between CloudHQ, external design partners, and Tier 1 carriers.
· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and regional team members, ensuring strict adherence to corporate protocols.
Technical Architecture & Design
· Oversee and approve all telecommunications design packages across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
· Architect OSP, ISP, ICN, and interconnect strategies at both campus and metro scales.
· Govern diverse fiber routing strategies and carrier-neutral MMR design standards.
· Direct high-density structured cabling architecture and long-term scalability planning.
· Coordinate Layer 2 and Layer 3 architecture, IP addressing schemes, and VLAN segmentation with network engineering teams.
· Evaluate designs against N, N+1, 2N, and 2N+1 redundancy models and fault-tolerant principles.
· Ensure cross-regional compliance with TIA-942, BICSI, IEEE, and applicable local codes and standards.
Project Execution & Delivery
· Manage and track multiple hyperscale projects simultaneously, holding internal teams and external vendors accountable to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
· Identify risks, gaps, and design conflicts early, actively driving effective technical and commercial solutions.
· Develop, maintain, and govern telecom design standards, specifications, and best practices across the global portfolio.
· Review, coordinate, and formally approve telecom drawing markups and design packages (utilizing Bluebeam, Visio, and CAD tools).
· Lead telecom infrastructure audits and long-term capacity planning initiatives.
· Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional executive teams including IT, network engineering, construction, and facilities.

What You Bring To The Role
· A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure engineering, including direct personnel and team management experience.
· 5+ years of mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience.
· Demonstrated experience leading multi-region or global telecom deployments and managing distributed regional staff.
· Executive presence with the ability to lead technical meetings, negotiate with external design partners, and enforce strict project governance.
· Highly organized with strong project management, documentation, and budget tracking skills.
· Strong proficiency in engineering review software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Visio, CAD).
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

· Experience working on international projects across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
· Deep familiarity with data center telecom infrastructure, structured cabling systems, fiber routing, and carrier interconnection strategies.
· Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards including TIA-942, BICSI, IEEE, and regional codes.
· Professional certifications such as BICSI RCDD, PMP (Project Management Professional), and CCNP are strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Define and drive regional contract governance procedures aligned with Group Legal and Global Commercial standards to strengthen risk control and project margin protection

- Act as the principal commercial advisor to senior stakeholders within the region (sales, project directors, and other leading functions)
