We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join an established, multi-specialty dental practice in Jackson Township, New Jersey. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who values patient-centered care, strong clinical standards, and collaborative teamwork.

Practice Overview

• Established practice serving the community since 1995

• Current team includes 1 full-time and 1 part-time dentist

• Hygiene team includes 1 full-time and 2 part-time hygienists

• Balanced payer mix: approximately 50% PPO / 50% fee-for-service

• Active patient base of approximately 2,300

• Modern technology including digital X-rays, iTero scanner, and cone beam imaging

• Competitive compensation with a strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dental care

• Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with a focus on quality and patient comfort

• Perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to support exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing

• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience

• Proficiency across all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry

• GPR or AEGD training preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize patient care

• Commitment to compassionate, personalized dentistry

Duties:

• Routinely monitors, cleans, prepares and operates sophisticated automated cell processing, cell expansion and filling equipment in Grade B/C clean rooms. All required PPE and gowning for classified GMP manufacturing areas are provided by the company.
• Authors and/or revises SOPs that are technically sound, provides clear instructions to align with cGMP requirements, and supports efficient operations
• Successfully troubleshoots processing and equipment issues
• Finds opportunities for improvement in manufacturing efficiencies and compliance while assisting with investigations/deviations and change controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences Field
• Associates Degree in Life Sciences Field with 1+ years of biotech experience or
• High School Diploma with 2+ years of cGMP experience

Pay Scale:

$62,000 - $66,560 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:

As a Pediatric Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll bring therapy into the comfort of a child’s home—where real-life skills are learned best! From improving fine motor skills to enhancing sensory processing, you’ll empower children to reach their full potential in everyday activities. An OTA will treat children's gross and fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, social development, and mastery of self-care routines and activities of daily living.

We serve the beautiful state of Colorado. All our therapists have the freedom to decide the specific locations within the State of Colorado which they serve, as well as the days and hours they work. We do offer telemedicine options for families under specific circumstances. All employees must be located in the State of Colorado upon start date.

What You’ll Do:

Provide play-based, goal-oriented therapy for children with developmental and medical needs under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.

Implement treatment plans designed to help children build life skills, confidence, and independence.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.

Deliver compassionate, one-on-one support in home and community settings.

Communicate effectively and consistently with supervising therapists, team members, service coordinators, translators, and administrative staff.

Assist in documenting progress notes, daily treatment logs, and discharge summaries per OASIS standards.

Maintain HIPAA compliance with all communication and documentation.

Participate in mandatory staff meetings and enjoy optional team bonding events to stay connected and informed.

Additional Information

Documentation Requirements

Treatment notes and discharges must be completed within 2 days of a visit.

Missed visit notes must be completed weekly according to the established schedule.

All notes are reviewed and co-signed by the supervising occupational therapist.

License & Training Requirements

Current DORA and NBCOT certification as a COTA.

Completion of state-mandated continuing education per DORA requirements.

Maintain current CPR certification.

Report any DUI, misdemeanor, or felony convictions or accusations to OASIS.
