- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Under the general supervision of senior-level engineers, a Telemetry Field Engineer performs a variety of fundamental field engineering tasks involved in the design, development, installation, operations, testing, and maintenance of telemetry equipment and systems.

Role:
The Patent Litigation Attorney will focus on high-stakes patent litigation matters. This role requires a strong foundation in intellectual property law, excellent litigation skills, and the ability to handle complex technical and legal issues in patent disputes across various industries, such as technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Litigation Support: Assist in all phases of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigations, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, and preparing for trials, hearings, and appeals in federal courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and other venues.
- Case Analysis: Conduct legal and technical research to evaluate patent validity, infringement, and enforceability; analyze patent claims, prior art, and technical documents to support litigation strategies.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients, including inventors, corporations, and in-house counsel, to understand technical aspects of patents and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
Qualifications:

- Base Salary: $250β$400k+, commensurate with experience.
