Job Summary
Under general supervision of Account Director, provides technical support and expertise to assigned customer. Conducts telephonic and electronic follow up and closing functions for open work orders on assigned accounts in order to meet the contractual obligations of the client. Intent is to ensure work orders are completed on time. This position will primarily involve handling customer communications on general trades-related work orders (with emphasis on plumbing, lighting, doors, and electrical repairs). Communications include but are not limited to keeping customers informed of work being performed at their location, providing updates to customers, and handling escalations. This position is the main point of contact for designated customers. Capabilities to understand and review quotes and provide recommendations for most effective, timely and cost conscious repairs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support to include work order management and scheduling, vendor management, purchase order coordination, reporting, and any other such task assigned by supervisors
- Provide technical direction and support to EMCOR Field Organization and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of all general trades-related work orders
- Respond to requests for maintenance and repair of facilities with an emphasis on plumbing, doors, and electrical situations affecting the facilities, etc.
- Maintain effective communications with employees, management, EFO/contractors, and customers as operations are 24/7.
- Assist customer and service providers with invoicing statuses and issues; escalate when appropriate
- Provide accurate reporting on open work orders for supervisor review as requested
- Document all work order related correspondence with customers and EFO/service providers to ensure files and work order history are always up to date and complete
- Will attend all required staff meetings and complete all required safety training
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contractor trades maintenance and management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred

As the Associate Manager – Field Services Outside Plant Construction, with a primary focus on leading fiber splicing operations across the Boise market. You will bring substantial hands-on experience in fiber splicing, along with a strong understanding of fiber testing, validation, and quality control standards—critical to ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of our expanding fiber network.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional leadership and direction to non-exempt Field Service construction roles and external contractors (where applicable) in the assigned geographic areas, directly supporting capital projects and inside and outside plant maintenance.
In this position, you will emphasize a strong focus on the team’s ability to provide premier customer service and technical expertise while exhibiting a high level of professionalism in all internal and external interactions. You will be responsible for achieving all key operating metrics, including:
- Customer Service Address additions through capital project completion
- Capital project targets

- Construction technician development

This position requires 24/7 availability and, in some markets, leads a team scheduled to work 7 days per week. This position is responsible for the management of front-line escalations from teams across TDS (e.g., Sales, Customer Repair, Network Engineering, Network OSP Construction, Service Activation, and other internal teams). This includes managing customer and community escalations in a professional manner.
Furthermore, responsibilities also include local vendor selection and management of network construction and maintenance vendors and, at times, facilities management (i.e., janitorial, snow clearing, lawn mowing, HVAC, generators, electrical, etc.)
This position must reside within 50 miles of Boise, ID and involves frequent travel within the markets for coverage. Additionally, this role reports to the office daily and is not a work-from-home (WFH) position.
Responsibilities:
- Directs activities and personnel necessary for the construction of installation and repair of TDS OSP fiber networks to ensure Network Operations project timelines are met on time and within project capital budget requirements. Facilitates meetings with Network Services to depict project timelines, ensures project closing information is submitted in a timely manner, and materials and associate time are properly allocated to projects.
- Provides leadership to the direct team and all other teams involved in OSP construction that creates and maintains a challenging and rewarding environment. Ensures team maintains proper understanding of TDS’ goals and is coached through process improvements as those needs arise.
- Assists Network Services in the planning and execution of all capital projects to ensure are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Director of Facilities Management
Job Summary:
The PRN Director of Facilities Management is a contract role responsible for the management of all Engineering/Maintenance and Facilities Planning activities. As such, this position has full authority and responsibility over all activities relating to this department. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Facilitate strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of cohesive facilities services, energy management and life safety, including: reviewing operating and capital budgets; facilitate department changes as dictated by changing volumes, departmental need and maintaining safe and effective programs for computerized software systems/automation/technology, facilities services, and life safety management.
- Ensure and effectively manage fiscal responsibility and control overspending.
- Ensure effective project management and interdepartmental/interagency collaboration.

The Customer Service and Distribution Manager will serve as a member of the Tissue Bank’s management team with responsibility for managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. This role contributes to the Tissue Bank’s strategic objectives of revenue growth through the effective management of inventory, coordination of returns/transfers, production planning, order fulfillment, and contract management. It ensures DCI Donor Services remains in compliance with all regulatory guidelines with respect to management of tissue, and recruits, develops and retains talent to create a best-in-class Distribution organization

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Ensures sales goals and budget objectives are met through fulfillment of customer orders and unsurpassed customer service. Creates and distributes inventory report to ensure customers in DCIDS’s donor service areas have first choice to available grafts. Communicates tissue availability to Distributors and Contract Partners as appropriate.
- Determines appropriate “par” levels for tissue inventory to ensure DCIDS can provide appropriate service levels to its customers. Represents Distribution at Production Planning meetings, providing demand requirements based on sales forecasts and processing leads times.
- Maintains a month-on-hand report to monitor and address low demand inventory. Acts as part of team to create programs/pricing or identify alternative outlets to ensure tissue is utilized. Communicates these programs to customers as appropriate.
- Ensures that Distribution department is compliant with all regulatory requirements related to storing, shipping, returning or transferring human donated tissue. Has clear understanding of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) regulations for HCT/Ps established in 21 CFR Parts 1270 and 1271. Supports Account Managers and Inside Sales Specialists with directions on handling tissue requirements in the field.
- Manages sales agreements with client hospitals, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), distributors and others. Works with Director of Sales to discover requirements to win the contract. Leads negotiation of contract terms. Manages contracts to track renewal dates, alerting management team to any required action. Renegotiates terms as appropriate.
- Supports Distributor relationships by monitoring distribution revenue, calculating commissions, and securing authorization for timely payment.
- Monitors, reports and presents revenue results and tissue utilization to senior management, medical management and medical directors. Supports Sales team with Quarterly Territory Reviews reports.
- Recruits, retains, and develops results driven Distribution team. Advises and counsels, assists, and directs activities to ensure ongoing high performance. Implements timely corrective action when necessary. Identifies training needs to ensure Customer Service Coordinators are proficient in inventory management, regulatory requirements, and interacting with clinical customers.
- Recommends capital equipment and expense budgets. Reviews and approves expense reports and takes necessary steps to keep expenses within approved budgets and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate’s Degree required/Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field
- Minimum 5+ years of medical device, banked human tissue, or biotechnology sales/marketing experience
- CTBS required within first year of employment
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
- Observes, listens to and talks with employees and others. Stands, sits, and walks. Reads and writes a variety of reports and documents. Travels to OPO and hospital facilities. Lifts up to 50 pounds.

SUMMARY
The Director, Fleet & Facilities, is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of both the company’s fleet and facilities. This role places a strong emphasis on capital management, cost-effective repair and maintenance, and exceptional internal customer service. The Director drives initiatives to maximize fleet performance and asset value, minimize lifecycle costs, and ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities that support company operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fleet Management
- Lead capital planning for fleet assets, including acquisition, replacement, and disposal strategies to optimize value and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Develop and enforce policies for cost-efficient fleet usage, fueling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement advanced telematics and analytics to monitor fleet performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and extend vehicle and equipment life.
- Supervise fleet maintenance teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective repairs.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for fleet leasing, repairs, and services, with a focus on reducing expenses and improving service quality.
- Analyze fleet maintenance and repair data to identify trends, reduce downtime, and implement preventive strategies that lower costs.
- Direct onboarding and ongoing training for fleet staff, emphasizing best practices in repair, maintenance, cost management, and internal customer service.

Facilities Management

- Develop and manage capital improvement plans for facility upgrades, expansions, and renovations, prioritizing projects with strong ROI and cost reduction potential.
- Manage facility service contracts (HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.), ensuring optimal vendor performance and cost efficiency.
- Supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs and improvements.
- Support internal customer service by ensuring facilities meet the needs of all departments and stakeholders.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- Ten years of progressive experience in fleet, facilities, or operations management, including leadership responsibilities required.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company policy.
- Experience with telematics systems, ELD platforms, and fleet management software.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, service vendors, and compliance programs.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
