Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior User Interface Designer to join a high‑impact Digital Experience team within a leading telecommunications organization. This role focuses on designing prospect‑ and customer‑facing web pages, product campaigns, and digital journeys that drive sales conversion, lead generation, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in Sales, Product Management, Experience Design, Brand, Communications, Development, and Content Strategy to deliver end‑to‑end design solutions—from conceptual thinking to pixel‑perfect execution. This role requires strong visual design talent, the ability to simplify complex requirements, and a portfolio demonstrating modern, conversion‑driven digital work.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design for new web pages, marketing campaigns, and customer‑facing digital experiences.
• Partner with Experience Design, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to define strategy and deliver high‑fidelity digital interfaces.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, content frameworks, visual designs, and component-level interactions using Figma and related tools.
• Present design rationale and gain alignment across stakeholder groups.
• Bring clarity to complex requirements and translate them into intuitive, sales‑driven user experiences.
• Create scalable design specs and partner with development teams and design‑system teams for handoff.
• Uphold best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design across desktop and mobile.
• Advocate for design consistency, user clarity, and frictionless customer journeys.
• Work autonomously as the design lead on projects while collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team environment.
• Overcome design limitations creatively and provide multiple solution paths when needed.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product design, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Strong portfolio showing sales-driven web design, digital marketing experience, and modern B2B or B2C website interfaces.
• Proficiency with Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Ability to work across several projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Strong ability to distill complex information into simple, usable designs.
• Familiarity with CMS-driven environments, component‑based design systems, and structured content workflows.
• Understanding of web and mobile fundamentals (interaction patterns, accessibility, responsive layout).
• Excellent communication skills—able to present design rationale clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and user‑centered design approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX, Interactive Design, HCI, Information Science, or related field.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to assist with the flow of goods, information, and resources by managing order processing and documentation to ensure efficiency, meet customer demand, and resolve issues from sourcing to delivery.

What You'll Own

• Accurately enter and maintain data in NetSuite. Create/receive purchase orders, create/build work orders, and update pricing and vendor information in the system.
• Work closely with warehouses and manufacturers to expedite paperwork and close out transactions in NetSuite in a timely manner.
• Requesting batch reports and using that data to complete transactions in NetSuite to move production orders from planned status to built status
• Requesting bill of ladings/receiving paperwork and using that data to complete transactions in NetSuite to receive purchase orders when deliveries are made.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the Demand Planning Team to create purchase orders as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, QA, Operations, and Fulfillment to ensure accurate inventory, cost alignment, and compliant production close-outs.
• Routinely review NetSuite, identify older transactions that need to be closed out, and alert teams of aging sales orders.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a must
• A persistent mentality; be confident to pick up the phone and be proactive in reaching out to suppliers and manufacturing partners, and to stay on them until they provide the necessary paperwork to close transactions.
• Excellent communication skills—able to follow up with vendors, manage expectations, and escalate when needed.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Product Development & Formulation

• Develop new pet treat, chew, supplement, or functional food formulations based on nutritional science, performance criteria, and company initiatives.

• Conduct controlled experiments, analyze data, and document findings to inform product iteration and decision-making.
• Provide technical expertise to internal teams regarding ingredients, functionality, nutrition, and processing.

Commercialization

• Partner with manufacturing partners or internal production teams to scale prototypes to pilot and full-scale production.
• Establish processing parameters, specifications, and SOPs to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot formulation or production challenges as needed.

Quality & Regulatory

• Work with the Quality team to define ingredient and finished-product specs, testing requirements, and shelf-life validation.
• Ensure compliance with AAFCO, NASC, state regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Review product labeling, claims, and packaging for accuracy and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Provide insights to Marketing for claims support, product positioning, and technical storytelling.
• Partner with Supply Chain on ingredient sourcing, cost optimization, and vendor qualification.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of experience in food science, pet food, treats, or CPG formulation.
• Knowledge of ingredient functionality, processing methods (extrusion, dehydration, molding, co-extrusion, etc.), and food safety principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field
• Strong understanding of AAFCO, NASC, HACCP, and GMP requirements for pet consumables.
• Experience with pilot testing, sensory analysis, and shelf-life testing.

Position Summary:

Assist the Associate Broker (AB), Broker or Practice Group Leader in meeting the day-to-day technical and clerical needs of the department. Assist with servicing new and renewal business. Service active and expired policy files in accordance with established Brown & Riding values, goals, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

· Meet quality measurement goals by delivering high quality service in servicing assigned clients and accounts. Ensure all file activity meets or exceeds quality procedures with regard to timeliness, accuracy of policies, endorsements, subjectivities, and all other active and expired file correspondence and documentation

· Assist Associate Broker with submission process, as assigned

· Prepare Quotes and Confirmation of Coverage (Binders) as directed

· Policy Checking (Review policies to be sure that they are issued in accordance with what was bound with the carrier)

· Endorsements (Request policy changes, follow up for the endorsements, review for accuracy upon receipt, invoice, and transmit to agent)

· Manage and maintain suspenses (Pending Items that we are waiting for from retailers and carriers), including following up on items and escalating unresolved issues to the broker or AB when necessary

· Ensure Surplus Line documents are submitted correctly and on time

· Learn and increase system skills to improve efficiency

· Attend educational seminars, as required

· Produce and mail renewal letters with applications to customers when applicable

· Review renewal and/or new business information submitted by the customer and request supplemental or explanatory information if required, as directed

· Process certificates of insurance when applicable

Other Responsibilities:

· Provide input to departmental procedures

· Assist with accounting reconciliation projects

· Perform other work-related duties, as assigned

· Work closely with AB Team Lead and assigned Broker(s) in identifying other projects where skills, experience and knowledge can be utilized

· Assist in handling duties of team members, as appropriate, during absences

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

· 0-3 years insurance experience

· Willing and able to take insurance classes and attain designations relating to work in order to continually grow in position

· Exceptional organization, follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Possess an intuitive and proactive approach to business problems and solutions

· Exhibit good listening skills and a willingness to help and support others

· Advanced skill level in PC software (Word, Excel and other software, as required)

· Ability to be flexible in work schedule as needed

· Manage time to get the job done with minimal supervision

This is not a feature-factory PM role.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to design and ship a product that turns messy, real-world logistics workflows into simple, trusted, intelligent software.
