The Opportunity
I am seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join the Los Angeles team. This is an inβperson, relationship-driven sales role focused on luxury products. The role is ideal for someone who has sold into custom homes, high-end renovations, contractors or premium home finishes (doors, closets, counters, stone, cabinetry, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Field Sales
- Meet customers in person at the West Hollywood showroom (appointment only) and deliver a premium consultative experience
- Conduct onsite visits with contractors and homeowners as needed
Direct Sales Execution
- Sell luxury-priced physical products, not services
- Manage full sales cycle from lead follow-up to close
- Prospect for new opportunities
Territory & Pipeline Management
- Meet monthly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured sales processes
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with contractors, custom home builders, and homeowners
- Educate buyers on product options, installation considerations, and premium value differences
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Required Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience selling high-end, luxury-priced products
- Experience selling directly to contractors and/or homeowners
- Comfortable with in-person, field-based sales

Estimator / Preconstruction β South Texas (Relocation Supported)
A well-established Texas-based General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator / Preconstruction professional to support its growing South Texas operations.
This is a key hire driven by increased project awards and future pipeline, not a backfill. The successful individual will play a central role in winning work and shaping pursuits across the region.
The role
- Lead and manage GC estimating efforts from early conceptual budgeting through final bid
- Own pursuits on projects typically in the $50Mβ$150M+ range
- Work closely with operations, subcontractors, and design partners
- Support bidding across Education, Healthcare, Civic, and Corporate markets
- Contribute to long-term preconstruction strategy and workload planning
Background theyβre looking for
- Strong General Contractor estimating experience (end-to-end ownership required)

- Candidates with prior operations exposure (PM / Superintendent) are a plus

The Position: Project Manager - Data Center
The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:
- Leading electrical data center construction projects from qualification through estimating, preβcon, mobilization, execution, and closeout.
