JOB SUMMARY:
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
- Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
- Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
- Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFI’s, PC’s, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
- Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
- Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
- Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
- Actively pursue contractual “Change Orders” from “price and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
- Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

This role will lead site-level EHS execution across multiple active scopes in a fast-moving renewable construction environment.
Position Summary
The Site EHS Manager will serve as the on-site safety authority and strategic partner to project leadership. This individual will drive hazard recognition, enforce safe work practices, coach field supervision, and maintain compliance while supporting schedule execution.
You must be comfortable operating in high-visibility, owner-driven environments where expectations are elevated, and documentation standards are high.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead daily field safety presence across active scopes
- Conduct site walks, hazard recognition, and corrective action follow-up
- Oversee JHA/JSA development and field-level implementation
- Interface with owner representatives and project leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and site-specific requirements
- Investigating incidents and near misses with root cause discipline
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Mentor foremen and superintendents on safe execution strategies
- Maintain required safety documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 (Required)
- 10+ years of construction safety experience
- 5+ years of safety experience in renewable energy projects
- One of the following:
- CSP certification
- CHST certification
- EHS-related bachelor’s degree
Owner-Specific Qualification Requirements
The Site EHS Manager must meet at least two (2) of the following criteria:
- OSHA 500 training (510 + 4 year’s experience or equivalent)
- Current CHST certification
- Current CSP certification
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of EHS experience
- EHS-related degree from an accredited institution
- 10 years of experience as an EHS Supervisor or Manager
This is a high-bar role aligned with owner standards. Candidates must clearly demonstrate depth of leadership and technical capability.

Role Description
Fierce is hiring a contract User Experience Designer based in the Greater Seattle Area (on-site or remote). You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Data to design intuitive, high-conversion shopping experiences across web and mobile—especially for apparel discovery, product detail, virtual try-on, and checkout flows. You’ll conduct research to understand shopper motivations and pain points, translate insights into journeys and interaction models, prototype rapidly, and ship polished UI that makes shopping feel effortless and fun—including high-quality mobile web experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX for apparel shopping experiences: discovery, search/browse, PDP, sizing/fit guidance, virtual try-on, cart/checkout, and post-purchase flows.
- Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests, concept tests), synthesize findings, and turn them into clear product recommendations.
- Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and implemented to spec; iterate based on QA and user feedback.
- Collaborate with Product to define success metrics (e.g., conversion, add-to-cart, retention), and use data to inform iteration.
- Contribute to and evolve a design system for consistent, scalable components across surfaces.
- Present work clearly to stakeholders, explaining tradeoffs and decision rationale
- Ship high-quality mobile web experiences (responsive layouts, performance-minded UX patterns, and touch-first interactions).
- Apply inclusive design practices across flows and UI components, considering diverse abilities, contexts, and devices.
- Design with accessibility in mind and partner with Engineering to meet modern web accessibility standards (e.g., semantic structure, focus states, contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader-friendly patterns).
Qualifications (Required)
- Strong foundation in design thinking and human-centered design methods.
- Proven UX and prototyping skills, with a portfolio showing shipped work and measurable outcomes where possible.
- Advanced visual design ability: typography, layout, hierarchy, component design, and interaction polish.
- Experience designing for consumer web/mobile products, with emphasis on conversion-focused flows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams.
- Proficiency with Figma (preferred) or similar tools (Adobe, etc.).
- Ability to balance craft with speed—knowing when to explore and when to ship.
- Experience shipping responsive web and/or mobile web products, with portfolio examples showing end-to-end delivery.
- Working knowledge of inclusive design principles and how they translate into day-to-day product decisions.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG concepts), and the ability to validate designs for accessibility during design + QA.
Preferred / Plus
- Deep interest in e-commerce UX, especially apparel/fashion shopping behaviors (fit confidence, styling, returns, wishlisting, etc.).
- Experience designing for fashion e-commerce (PDPs, size/fit guidance, merchandising, outfit building, UGC, reviews).
- Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing), funnel analytics, and optimization loops.
- Experience with virtual try-on, personalization, recommendations, or content-to-commerce experiences.
- Gen AI experience is a plus (e.g., designing AI-assisted workflows, prompt-based tools, image generation pipelines, or AI-driven personalization experiences).
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.

The Role:
SMK is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Scheduler to support and lead scheduling efforts for complex infrastructure and heavy civil design and construction projects, which may include transportation, rail, facilities, multi-modal, and large highway programs. The successful candidate will bring advanced Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling expertise, deep hands-on experience with Primavera P6, and a proven ability to develop schedules and analyze, manage, and communicate schedule risks, constraints, and construction sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Develop, maintain, and manage cost and resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
- Prepare, update, and maintain design and Contract Time Determination schedules in accordance with contract requirements, client procedures, and industry best practices.
- Review designer and contractor schedule submittals, including baseline and re-baseline schedules, monthly updates, Time Impact Analyses, acceleration schedules, and recovery plans, for contractual and technical compliance.
- Perform independent time-impact analyses and review contractor requests for time extensions and delay-related submissions.
- Analyze schedule progress, critical paths, float consumption, and forecasted completion; identify at-risk activities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Conduct site visits to active heavy civil construction projects to verify progress, document conditions, and perform or review schedule updates.
- Perform “what-if” schedule scenarios to assess impacts to milestones and overall project delivery.
- Prepare clear, well-documented technical reports, narratives, charts, and graphics summarizing schedule analyses and findings.
- Provide quality review of schedule-related reports prepared by others.
- Attend and participate in client progress and scheduling meetings; confidently present schedule updates, analyses, and recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve schedule issues and support effective project delivery.
- Support the maintenance and updating of SMK’s company-wide project and program schedules.

- Reviewing and analyzing baseline schedules and monthly progress update schedules developed by others.

- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with:

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
