As a Senior Apparel Technical Designer, you would be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables you to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management
- Create technical packets in PLM, ensuring that all details are commercially viable with the factories and are the most cost-effective.
- Review technical packets and samples from contractors for design accuracy and integrity.
- Execute design and fit intent into bulk production while maintaining corporate standards.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional team members to gain clear direction and consensus of design and fit intent.
- Identify potential production, quality, and costing issues and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity.
- Work closely with the Quality department throughout the development process to ensure communication of potential production quality issues.

- Ensure size and fit consistency within the brand and across product categories.
- Lead fit sessions and takes initiative as the fit expert of all products.
- Build and maintain fit base. Libraries including sketches and finished garment measurements

- Identify and proactively engage business partners when issues arise with recommendations for viable options/solutions.
- Foster open communication and team environment with all business partners.
- Participate in departmental and cross-functional meetings as appropriate.
- Participate in process reviews and suggest ideas for improving procedures; help ensure processes and procedures that have been established are being followed by the team.
- Assist other team members with pattern and grading questions and concerns.

KEY PURPOSE:

Overview
The Senior Manager/Director of Employee Communications at IGT leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications to inform, engage, and align employees across a global, highly regulated organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting IGTβs transformation agenda by translating business strategy, leadership priorities, and change initiatives into clear, timely, and compelling employee communications.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Role Overview:
The Material Planning Senior Manager will lead material planning, with direct responsibility for developing and managing processes and monitoring operating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Utilizing SAVIOM, Excel, and Veranovaβs ERP system, this role will integrate production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing scheduling for a portfolio of client-owned products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from the ground up, aligning demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial analysis to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
- Manage SAVIOM planning system daily
- Ensure materials are available to meet production timelines while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Develop and maintain mid- to long-term material requirements plans based on the master production schedule (MPS), customer forecasts, and inventory strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish, align and maintain tactical range assumptions and corresponding production plans that consider capacity, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
- Perform and optimize supply planning, capacity, utilization, and detailed scheduling assessments to validate business requirements and client demand scenarios. Objectively evaluate options/trade-offs and develop Site Leadership -level recommendations
- Facilitate and drive cross functional prioritization and coordination of monthly and quarterly Production plans with Manufacturing, ARD, PRD, Quality, Procurement, and Project/Program management. Prioritize, coordinate, and drive resolution to any issues, changes or interruptions that could impact the Production Plans
- Monitor material requirements planning for all GMP and Non-GMP materials. Analyze and plan material requirements based on Production plans and client demands across the site. Adjust the Production Plans and requirements by analyzing changes in client demands, inventory levels, production schedules, QA/QC needs, etc.
- Support the enhancement and implementation of planning processes and procedures, and the implementation of materials planning through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
- Provide guidance to the cross-functional scheduling and coordination meetings to ensure the on-time execution and delivery of products as committed to clients
- Maintain, and refine key planning and scheduling related data, performance indicators and measurements to provide reliable data-driven insights to site leadership for strategic decision making
- Track the implemented planning data and inputs to reporting tools through the ERP System (D365), MS Excel, Power BI, and other technologies to improve production, material planning and scheduling and site wide planning
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate material traceability and documentation

Required

- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Experienced in leveraging Excel for financial modeling, supply chain analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency and strategic insights.
- Experience with an ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, BW/BI)
- Experience in global supply chain planning processes and managing execution with/ through global client planning and scheduling systems.
- Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements (EMA, DEA, etc.)

The Senior Marketplace Logistics Manager will play a key role in building and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors that utilize SHEINβs platform to deliver products and provide total logistics solution to merchant. Job Responsibilities
Logistics Partner Management
- Build, manage, and develop relationships with 3PLs that utilize SHEINβs vendor services to support marketplace operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics partners, evaluating service quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time deliveries.
- Provide guidance and education to logistics partners and 3PLs on U.S. transportation compliance standards and regulations.
Fulfillment Solution Development

Performance Optimization and Issue Management

Monitoring and Analytics

System Optimization (TMS)

Job Requirements
- A Bachelorβs degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 8+ years of proven experience in logistics vendor management, logistics operations, or logistics procurement. Prior experience in developing and managing marketplace or e-commerce logistics solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing logistics data and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
