Senior Finance Manager
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate FP&A professional with expertise in financial modelling and global forecasting and planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals and market trends. Crafting executive-level presentations, PowerPoint financial storytelling, and leveraging AI and automation to drive data insights and efficiencies are also key competencies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Support

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Responsibilities:

β’ Collaborate with Ecommerce team to execute integrated campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels and to ensure that influencer strategy is aligned with brand priorities

Qualifications/Experience:
β’ 12+ years of relevant work experience in PR communications, influencer marketing and PR or related role including direct experience owning and operating high-growth influencer programs
β’ Must have experience managing multiple members of a team in the beauty space.
β’ A deep understanding of the social media and digital press/communications landscape, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts; a general understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing

In this role you will be the senior authority responsible for overseeing the companyβs global import, export, and sanctions compliance programs. This role defines and executes enterprise trade compliance strategy, ensures adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations, and partners with executive leadership to mitigate regulatory risk while enabling efficient global commerce.
The Director leads a global or multi-regional team of trade professionals, governs compliance frameworks and internal controls, drives digital and systems transformation, and serves as the primary liaison with government agencies and regulators.
This position reports the Vice President of Strategic Soucing, Procurement and Supplier Quality and is based in Irvine, CA.
As the Director of Strategic Trade Compliance, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Strategy, Leadership & Governance
- Define and execute the global trade compliance strategy across import, export, and sanctions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights on trade risk, regulatory changes, and cost optimization.
- Lead, develop, and scale a global or regional team of trade compliance professionals.
- Establish and govern enterprise trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.

Role Overview:
The Material Planning Senior Manager will lead material planning, with direct responsibility for developing and managing processes and monitoring operating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. The Media Supervisor will act as the go-to resource for media budget, client billing and support for PI, Kinesso, and Local Mediabrands. You will be responsible for leading and managing the execution and updates of media tools, prepare written and present competitive spending reports and insights. In this role you will develop the skill and knowledge base of those more junior as well as supervise, advise, and counsel direct report(s).
Responsibilities
Portfolio & Growth
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the client media plan and budget details, including flowchart, budget trackers, ensuring client signs accurate, timely media authorizations prior to buys.
* Attend client status meetings and demonstrate interest in client's business/category.
* Act as the go-to resource for media budget, client billing and support for PI, Kinesso, Local Mediabrands as they take on accountability (in 2024) Prisma entry, invoice reconciliation and channel-level budget tracking.
* Responsible for getting client MBA (media buy authorization) signed prior to the buy being place.
* Build relationships and trust with partners in Mediahub's Partnership Investments, Audience Science, Campaign Insights, Insights + Action and Radical + Disruptive, in addition to extended the specialty teams.
* Monitor client and marketing industry trades, media plan performance reporting and competitive activity to surface industry updates, performance insights and opportunities to team and clients.
Media Strategy
* Support 1-2 accounts, pending scale and complexity of business and scope of deliverables.
* Support Associate Media Director in scheduling and provide recaps for media brief deliverables, check-ins, presentations, launch, QA and reporting.
* Partner with Local Investments, Kinesso and Partnership Investments on development of partner list, RFP details and evaluation prior to client recommendations.
* Partner with analytics team to implement measurement objectives and taxonomy.
* Ensure flawless execution of media campaigns. This includes leading campaign implementation and execution, QA, monitoring/optimizing, and insightful reporting.
* Utilize IGNITE planning strategy process (Implement business intelligence, generate multiple audience segments, Navigate the investment, Tap into culture, Evolve with speed and precision) as part of client teams, to guarantee robust analysis of business/media role.
* Prepare written and present competitive spending reports and insights and connect to business intelligence for role of spend on share, etc.
* Responsible for running all planning tools (i.e. Kismet, R/F, etc), as well as partnering with Analytics to run any models, to determine the optimal media mix (across all channels) and plan delivery.
* Proficient in media math and how to apply calculations, demonstrating proficiency in working with and managing numbers.
* Leads and manage the execution and updates of media tools (i.e. flowchart maintenance).
* Support Insights + Action and Radical + Disruptive with execution (timelines, budgets, approvals) of approved ideas and corresponding reporting.
* Be a champion for great work and support team with writing, presenting, and providing data and assets to create case studies that win awards, win business, and celebrate the work (internally and externally).
* Contribute ideas that contribute to creative media tactics.

Required Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise in at least 3 channels, while developing additional acumen of cross-channel media marketplace and planning essentials (delivery levels, flighting, etc.), including Video/Audio Broadcast/Streaming, Direct and Addressable Digital, Social Media, Retail Media (if applicable), Print, OOH, etc.
* Experience creating and selling media programs, including ability to articulate strategic foundation for media plan development.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to successfully multi-task while preserving high attention to detail, manage your time and show superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and ability to think on your feet.
* Strong mathematical abilities
* Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of DCM, Prisma, comScore, MRI.

Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Manages material shortages to ensure Clear to Builds in collaboration with the Purchasing and SLM Team.
- Acts as a liaison between customer project management and internal departments on the introduction of new product requirements.
- Ensures timely and accurate demand management (If the demand is managed by the Planning Team at your Site).
- Effectively Manage Excess, Surplus and Obsolete inventory.
- Identify the impact of excess and obsolescence and drive necessary actions to mitigate it.
- Ensures bills of material are accurate and collaborate with other teams on any engineering changes.
- Collaborates with different stakeholders to achieve Inventory Entitlement targets and drive results.
- Executes actions to meet the Inventory goals (Inventory cash adjusted and Turns), including performing accurate Inventory Projection.
- Maintains continuous Material Supply to achieve the targeted inventory levels and turns.
- Perform material and capacity analysis before loading MPS. Monitor MPS accuracy, attainment and level load metrics and drive necessary actions to improve them.
- Performs Financial Impact Analysis (FIA) to mitigate inventory risk before loading MPS.
- Work with other departments to review and dispose of non-conforming materials.
- Ensures production schedules to meet the customer requirements to achieve high levels of on time delivery.
- Ensures proper POR including OAR management and timely execution.
- Drives necessary actions to meet revenue goals.
- Manages RMA orders. Works with other departments to meet repair commitments.
- Monitors planning parameters ROP & SS to ensure optimized inventory levels.
- Ensures proper execution of the SIOP Process (including accurate data, timely submission, and execution of Rhythm meetings with the key stakeholders) until approval completion on a monthly basis.
- Maintains responsibility for performance management, development, recognition, coaching and compensation of employees.
- Reassigns personnel as necessary to optimize work. Act as a liaison with customers to ensure forecast commitments are met.
- Collaborates with other departments to improve supply flex programs.
- Submits Investment Inventories for material that is not required for normal manufacturing operations or to support standard level of customer service.
- Follow global procedures and policies and drive practices aligned to them.
- Collaborates with Global and Segment teams to drive Inventory Management Operating System.
- Manages KRIs, Planning metrics and drives necessary actions.
- Review with the team the last time buys for products that are at the end of life. Reviews impact on supply line of the new engineering requirements excess and obsolete
- Manages overall relationship with and performance of suppliers. Reviews supplier performance and makes recommendations on changes or disqualifications. Communicates internally committed delivery schedule for purchased materials required in production. Supervises and maintains communications with supplierβs through SCM Tools
- Monitoring and Drive weekly Purchasing KPI performance trend and execution. Buyer due diligence & escalation with materials are available to meet manufacturing build requirements. Addresses and resolves possible material shortages.
- Acts as a liaison with internal/external customers to ensure logistics commitments are met.
- Maintains high level of on-time delivery, including operational tracking of critical shipments.

Under the direction of the Director of Sales - Automotive/Transportation, the Automotive Key Account Manager will focus on managing assigned tier accounts to enable sales growth. Essential Functions:
- Establish strategies and actions with assigned tier accounts that will lead to growth in North America.
- Communicate consistently with global key account managers on assigned accounts to leverage global opportunities into sales for North America, as well as provide the global team with insights from North American activities to maximize global sales growth.
- Work very closely with the North American sales team to ensure assigned tier account activities, including specification, design, and pricing, at each OEM are managed most efficiently.
