POSITION SUMMARY:
Controls Technicians monitor the control systems of automated equipment. They use software to verify that the controls are within certain parameters and work to quickly troubleshoot problems when they arise to avoid or minimize interruptions to production. The Controls Technicians II works under general supervision, independently performing the essential functions at an advanced level.

* Responsible for providing an advanced level of expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing all aspects of the building automation systems.

Senior Program Manager (US)
About you
You are an experienced Senior Program Manager ready to lead large‑scale, high‑impact software implementation programs. Heywood is seeking a strategic, delivery‑focused leader who can drive complex initiatives from inception through go‑live, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will be the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams, guiding cross‑functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between U.S. program needs and our UK‑based development organization. You will bring structure, clarity, and confidence to a fast‑moving environment while upholding Heywood’s project management framework and commercial commitments.
Key responsibilities
Your leadership will shape the success of a major U.S. software implementation program:
- Program leadership and planning — Define program scope, build integrated plans, establish milestones, and ensure all workstreams are aligned to delivery objectives.
- Workstream oversight — Monitor progress across multiple teams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
- Stakeholder management — Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication, expectation management, and regular status reporting.
- Risk and issue management — Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and minimal impact to delivery.
- Budget and financial control — Manage program budgets, track financial performance, and ensure accurate time‑booking and invoicing.
- Governance and quality assurance — Enforce strong governance practices, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to Heywood’s delivery standards.
- Team leadership — Coordinate and motivate cross‑functional teams of 50–70 people, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Continuous improvement — Conduct post‑implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to strengthen future delivery.
- Business development support — Contribute to proposals, bids, and estimations for new opportunities.
About you
You are a proven program leader with a passion for delivering complex software solutions.
- Experience — 5+ years delivering complex software programs at scale, plus 3+ years managing projects within the pension or broader financial services sector.
- Industry knowledge — Pension industry experience strongly preferred; familiarity with U.S. pension/payroll environments is a plus.
- Certification — PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM, PMI, or similar project management qualification.
- Leadership — Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage large‑scale delivery efforts.
- Core skills — Expertise in program planning, documentation, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
- Location — Hybrid in Madison, WI with periodic onsite visits; remote when not onsite.

SUMMARY: Use experience and skills to troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
- Possess an ability to use monitoring and testing equipment to facilitate in the troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining of manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
- It is the responsibility of the maintenance individual to further his abilities, skills knowledge to expand his capabilities in troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting and maintaining existing as well as new equipment and technology.
- Responsible for working safely, follow LO/TO and electrical safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two-year certificate from college or technical school with a focus in machining and/or electronics; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. What You'll Do
The Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling all sales orders while providing the highest level of customer service and sales support to our customers and partners. Our ideal candidate will exhibit people skills and extreme attention to detail, is a team player and a problem solver with critical thinking skills.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for processing orders. With attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and critical thinking to fulfill the complex orders we receive into our system.
- Work with Sales or others to obtain necessary documentation required for each order.
- Review contracts, verify data and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with our customers and partners and assist in the support requests related to licensing upgrades, reallocations, and provisioning.
- Maintain/Update customer information and files as needed. (Addresses, Tax Documents, etc.)
- This individual will be trained on multiple responsibilities. As our business needs change, they will be flexible, shifting their time between job responsibilities/functions.
No travel is expected for this role.
The Person We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or other equivalent experience in areas relating to order fulfillment, customer service or data entry required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer programs including MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
- Extreme attention to detail. Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Disciplined, self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
- Possesses a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build strong working relationships with customers as well as peers at all levels.
