Responsibilities

  • Evaluates project work for interim and final payment.
  • Identifies opportunities for extension of time and money claims and creates and quantifies the requests.
  • Submits and follows up on requests for payment for: extensions of time, variations, disruption, claims and for all items for which the Lane is entitled.
  • Manages the financial and contract administration of subcontractor accounts.
  • Produces contractual correspondence, contractual notices, and provision of contractual advice on a routine basis.
  • Directs, when appropriate, the preparation of contractor’s monthly statement (including organizing records and measurement).
  • Identifies and prices variations (including construction v tender drawing change review or revision of owner's requirements, as applicable).
  • Prepares and obtains approval for the final measurement/account incl. statement at completion.
  • With Corporate approval, requests engineer’s decision/determinations/DB submissions.
  • Requests taking-over certificates for parts and the whole of the works.
  • Monitors progress (incl. ensuring maintenance of planned v. actual).
  • Organizes site document filing system according to guidelines.
  • In conjunction with site management, ensures site records of resources and production are maintained.
  • Provides information and reports as needed.
  • Mentors, coaches and provides feedback to Assistant Contract Managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The Product Manager – HDI Fleets is responsible for developing and managing products that enable success in fleet-focused business development initiatives. This role requires expertise in aftermarket product management, marketing, and engineering collaboration. The Product Manager will drive product strategy, ensure strong value propositions, and lead initiatives to position the WIX brand as a trusted heavy-duty brand. The role also involves supporting direct-to-fleet markets and aligning product offerings with customer needs in Class 6/7/8 trucks, construction, agriculture, mining, and hydraulics sectors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for heavy-duty and industrial fleet applications

• Develop and maintain compelling product value propositions to meet market needs

• Drive insourcing initiatives to optimize cost and quality

• Communicate HD product range effectively to the market and reinforce WIX brand positioning

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product design and positioning

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing and profitability analysis

• Support digital initiatives by integrating product data into CRM and e-commerce platforms

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery

• Provide training and technical support to sales teams and key customers

• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and KPIs


REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business


Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within a manufacturing environment in automotive aftermarket

• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and marketing


Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of direct-to-fleet distribution models and contract structures

• Knowledge of Class 6/7/8 fleet operations and requirements

• Expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management

• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and product lifecycle management platforms

• Excellent English communication, leadership, and analytical skills


Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• MBA

• Filtration industry experience

• SalesForce CRM experience

• Experience in agriculture fleet replacement parts business

• Experience in construction filtration business

• Experience in mining filtration business

• Ability to lead digital product initiatives and integrate technology solutions
