Requirements of this Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager role include:

The Branch Manager will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for the performance, business development, and regulatory compliance of this branch. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strong financial results, and high employee engagement. Key Role Details:
- Role Focus: Strategic and operational leader running a Personal Care Services (PCS) Medicaid branch in Missouri — NOT traditional home health/skilled nursing. Full P&L owner managing operations, business development, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance Required: Direct accountability for Missouri DHSS, DSDS, and MMAC requirements. Must obtain Designated Manager certification within 6 months if not already certified.
- Experience Level: 5+ years in personal care, home health, or hospice with 1-2 years managing/recruiting a team. Must have prior Medicaid and personal care experience (NOT just skilled home health with RNs/LPNs). Prior business development experience preferred.
- Key Responsibilities: Full P&L ownership, team recruitment/retention, community-based business development and referral source building, client satisfaction oversight, and financial management (budgets, A/P, A/R, KPIs).
- Ideal Candidate Profile: Entrepreneurial, metrics-driven leader comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced growth environments. 6D is an intermediate ICU otherwise called a Progressive Care Unit. The unit includes a 16 bed fully monitored unit. We provide high acuity care to critically ill post-operative traumas, stroke patients, and medical overflow. Common therapies seen on 6D are lumbar drain management, external ventricular drain management, antidysrhythmic/calcium channel blocking drips, low dose vasopressors, Bipap and high flow oxygen systems, insulin drips, and precedex. 6D works closely with Cardiovascular PCU and there are opportunities to cross train between departments. We are part of the Critical Care Cluster, which includes all ICUs and PCUs.

Job Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of the Center Manager, the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) provides home care services to Jordan Valley Health Senior Care participants. The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) will also participate in other activities and tasks as assigned to assist the home care, therapy, and adult day health staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides personal care and escort assistance in accordance with individual treatment plans – including peri-care, grooming, dressing, showering, bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation.
- Reports observed changes in participants’ conditions to Center Manager and/or other center-based clinical staff.
- Proactively communicates participant health and safety concerns to Center Manager and/or other program staff.
- Demonstrates safe practices utilizing proper body mechanics and complying with universal precautions.
- Interacts in friendly, courteous, and professional manner with participants and their families/caregivers.
- Participates in social and recreation activities with participants as appropriate.
- Implements interventions, as appropriate to training, as directed by rehabilitation staff, including use of mechanical assistance for participant transfers and mobility.
- Occasionally accompanies participants to outside clinical appointments, when necessary.
- Assist with food service delivery and monitoring during mealtimes.
