The Senior Java Developer, FX eCommerce is a senior level position responsible for architecting, building and maintaining backend systems that serve a large number of institutional clients. The role involves liaising with product teams and development teams to build state of the art Trading systems.

The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Citi's FXLM technology group supports the front office technology operations of one of the world's largest capital market businesses. Sr. AV Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically advanced Sr. AV Manager who can bridge business needs with technical execution. • Develop detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) with appropriate AV components.
• Ensure selected equipment aligns with design intent, compatibility, and budget.
• Review vendor quotations and validate technical accuracy.
• Review partner invoices against approved scope and pricing.
• Support procurement processes and cost optimization strategies.

Scope Documentation & Reporting

• Clearly define and communicate full project scope to both clients and AV integrators.
• Produce technical design documentation and system diagrams.
• Prepare project completion reports including:
• Final as-built documentation
• Equipment lists
• Test results
• Client sign-off documentation
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and service continuity.

Installation Oversight & Technical Support

• Oversee and, when required, assist with AV system installation and commissioning.
• Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance support.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for video conferencing and AV integration issues.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.
• Provide white-glove executive support when necessary.

Operational & Strategic Contribution

Pay range is $32-$40 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. The Boston Consulting Group’s AI Science Institute (AISI) is launching a postdoctoral fellowship program designed to empower the next generation of applied science leaders. This elite, industry-adjacent program offers PhDs and early-career scientists the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most complex and high-impact scientific problems using cutting-edge AI, in collaboration with top-tier partners across aerospace, healthcare, energy, and materials science. 

Fellows will operate at the intersection of foundational research, real-world deployment, and strategic impact, helping shape breakthrough workstreams with AISI partners. 

Unlike traditional academic or big-tech postdocs, AISI fellows work on problems where the science, the data, and the deployment context are all partially undefined. Fellows are expected not only to advance models or methods, but to shape problem formulation, data strategy, and downstream impact alongside senior scientists, engineers, and industry leaders. 

What You'll Bring

• Lead or contribute to multi-disciplinary research initiatives that apply machine learning, simulation, optimization, or GenAI to real-world scientific domains.
• Collaborate with BCG X teams and external stakeholders, including scientists, engineers, business leaders, to frame and solve complex technical problems. 
• Author internal and external research outputs, with opportunities to publish in top journals or co-develop IP with partners.

Program Details

• Duration: 24 months, with possibility of transition into full-time role at BCG X.
• Mentorship: Each fellow will be paired with a senior advisor and a technical/scientific lead from BCG X and a partner institution. 
• Resources: Full access to BCG’s infrastructure, compute resources, research datasets, and partner ecosystems. 
• Compensation: Competitive salary aligned with industry postdoc benchmarks, plus support for publishing, conference travel, and IP generation. Fellows are encouraged to publish in top-tier venues unless constrained by client confidentiality or strategic IP considerations; in such cases, alternative external-facing research outputs (e.g., methods papers, open-source tools, or delayed publications) will be supported. 

What Success Looks Like

By Month 6 

• Leading or co-leading a defined AISI research workstream

• Establishing a clear publication and/or IP trajectory identified

By Month 12 

• Producing at least one external-facing research output, such as a paper, preprint, workshop, or open-source contribution.

The Information Security Office is responsible for protecting customer personal data and all internal confidential information.

Position Overivew:

This position is based in North America (NYC) but primarily functions as part of the Global Headquarter (GHQ) team. In addition to GHQ responsibilities, the role may also support certain activities of the North America Information Security Office.

As a member of the Global Security Operations Center (SOC), this role will handle security monitoring and Tier 2 incident response across multiple environments, including our e‑commerce platform, enterprise systems, and IaaS cloud infrastructure. The projects under this role are not limited to routine alert handling; rather, they involve complex, high‑autonomy initiatives such as:

End‑to‑end oversight of monitoring improvements

1. Analyzing detection gaps in our EC, Enterprise, and IaaS environments
2. Designing enhanced detection logic and workflows
3. Coordinating with global stakeholders to deploy new monitoring rules

Security automation and process optimization projects

1. Identifying inefficiencies in existing SOC processes
2. Proposing and implementing automation (e.g., SOAR workflows, log enrichment, playbook optimization)
3. Driving operational improvements without relying on predefined “plug‑and‑play” tasks

Evaluation and implementation of new security tools

1. Leading technical assessments and PoCs for new SOC technologies
2. Designing deployment plans and integration strategies

These key projects require the ideal candidate to work independently, evaluate complex security challenges, design appropriate technical solutions, and drive the implementation from concept to completion.
