Perform the daily activities as described below. Basic Purpose: Perform various routine laboratory functions in a precise and accurate fashion to assist the laboratory professional staff and to facilitate production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Sorting, and receiving specimens in the department.

- Performs QA/QC duties as assigned.
- Resolves pending lists.
- Finds missing samples.
- Decontaminates work areas.
- Performs weekly radioactive wipe tests.
- Maintains files for department records.
- Changes gas cylinders.
- Follows all PPE requirements and all safety regulations.
- Uses the laboratory computer system as well as operates PCs.
- Disposes of biohazardous material.
- Completes training and competency checklists as appropriate.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fulfillment Center Outbound Supervisor to join the team. The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for leading fast-paced e-commerce and 3PL outbound operations, ensuring high-volume orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role supervises outbound teams, manages labor against daily order spikes, and drives performance in a deadline-driven fulfillment environment. A successful candidate is someone who is driven, determined and committed to a high level of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. They are collaborative, demonstrate strong communication skills, and are detail oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates responsible for outbound order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping).
- Monitor daily workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of e-commerce orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to outbound operations.
- Provide hands-on support during peak periods and resolve issues related to inventory, order discrepancies, or shipping delays.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- New Product development and leadership in a regulated environment.
- Packaging development for FDA regulated products.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product development and R&D support, with a demonstrated track record of scientific and packaging development responsibilities.

Our agency is partnering with a global quick service brand undergoing an exciting rebrand and repositioning - moving toward a more elevated, tech-forward guest experience across its corporate locations in New York City.
We’re looking for a Field Director of Operations to oversee 9 locations (growing to 13 by year-end). This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in-store, with teams, and in the day-to-day operation.
This is not a sit-back leadership role, you’ll be on the ground, driving performance, coaching teams, and helping shape the next chapter of the brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing operations across corporate-owned QSR locations in NYC
- Spending significant time in-store supporting teams and driving execution
- Leading, coaching, and developing General Managers and leadership teams
- Driving consistency in service, standards, and guest experience
- Supporting the rollout of new brand standards, systems, and technology initiatives
- Managing financial performance including sales, labor, cost control, and profitability
