The HRBP functions in a strategic business partner role to provide and facilitate HR strategies and services. In this role you will serve as the primary HR contact to Department Head (s) and Senior Leaders of your assigned Business segment, business unit and operating units on all HR programs, and regularly provides HR status updates to the HR Management team. Job Description:
- Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians install, overhaul, dismantle, construct, inspect, replace, test and make mechanical and electrical repairs to buildings and mechanical equipment such as boilers, compressors, sprinklers, piping, plumbing, production and material handling equipment, line equipment and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot using working knowledge of programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Performs plumbing and pipefitting duties as required on plant piping, such as steam, water, air, gas, and chemical lines
- Operates and repairs electrically and mechanically, all boilers, compressors, sprinklers, cooling towers and pumps as needed
- Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings
- Reads and interprets blueprints and schematic diagrams
- Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules
- Welds and fabricates as necessary for repair or projects
- Maintains interior and exterior of buildings including windows, drain spouts, roofs, floors, ceiling, etc.
- Inputs and retrieves information from the Maintenance Management/PM System
- Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality and housekeeping.

Requirements:
- Four or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, to include the following over-head cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3 phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, and heavy industrial wiring and/or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders, equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Ability to read and write clearly, and communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and supervisors.
- Understanding and demonstrated ability to apply troubleshooting techniques
- Does require training checklist and demonstration of skills
- Available to work up to 12 hours per day on rotating shifts, that could include weekends and holidays
- 6 to 12 months previous experience on a coating line is preferred

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for delivery and pickup of containers to and/or from customer locations; provide an effective and incident free delivery or pickup of a container while maintaining excellent rapport with the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and operate a commercial truck with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers at customer sites in a safe manner by following all safety rules
Perform and log daily pre and post trip inspections of commercial vehicle and lift
Accept add-on deliveries as required to meet business needs
Use company handheld computer for delivery verification and navigation
Operate a forklift and/or an overhead crane
Clean and inspect containers to ensure they are presentable for delivery to customer
Coordinate rental paperwork and payment with the customer
Communicate with the Driver Lead or Market Manager on customer questions and/or issues; Prepare driver notes as needed
Perform repairs of containers and lifts in the field and at the storage center
Provide backup for storage center functions when needed
Maintain cleanliness of truck cab (keep free from debris inside and outside)
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

CDL Class B License Required
Minimum of 3 months of service with organization as a Driver (or 6 months for re-certification)
Level 2 course completion with passing assessment score
Must maintain a current/valid driver license
Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards which include no moving violations during the past three (3) years (insurance requirement)
Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of a 1 year certification (DOT requirement)
Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software
Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to frequently remain in stationary position for driving CMV or operating forklift
Ability to frequently ascend/descend cab of truck and forklift using three points of contact

Ability to occasionally move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus; strong sense of spatial relations to park vehicle and negotiate tight spaces.

Ability to regularly apply up to 40 pounds of pressure using a variety of motions including, but not limited to, pushing, pulling and lifting
