This Architect position is responsible for designing and guiding the overall structure of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring they align with organizational strategy and business objectives. They evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient systems. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across business, development, and operations teams to translate requirements into practical, sustainable designs. The IT Architect will also set standards, best practices, and governance models to ensure interoperability and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Designing and presenting complex architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions
• Utilizing automation and orchestration tools to drive efficiency and standardization
• Provide advanced systems administration, operations, maintenance, and support of network-related IT systems

Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.

Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

What You Will Do

• Work with various teams of engineers, assemblers, and technicians.

• Perform electrical engineering functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems.

• Perform analysis on production data, to determine root cause analysis of failures.

• Be involved in planning and executing rework of production assemblies.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience to include any combination of the following:

  • Experience with RF fundamentals, such as RF electro-magnetic spectrum, propagation delay, and RF components.

  • Experience with antenna measurement patterns and how antennas work.

  • Experience with decibels (dB’s) and/or dBm values within respect to equivalent power levels in Watts.

The In-House Legal Counsel will serve as the organization’s primary legal authority, advising executive leadership on litigation, corporate governance, contracts, environmental permitting, EPC agreements, and compliance.

This role is responsible for protecting the company’s legal interests, managing risk across all phases of development and construction, structuring complex financial and ownership documents, and ensuring that MSB Global operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This is a senior, high-impact position requiring exceptional judgment, multi-disciplinary legal expertise, and the ability to operate at the pace and complexity of billion-dollar infrastructure development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• Represent MSB Global directly in legal disputes or coordinate strategy with outside counsel.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and demand letters.
• Manage litigation related to real estate, infrastructure, construction, contracts, land-use, permitting, or municipal/government disputes.
• Develop a legal strategy to protect the company's interests in deposit disputes, wrongful enforcement, breach of contract, and interconnection disagreements.

2. Corporate Law & Governance

• Draft, negotiate, and maintain:
• Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)
• Class A and Class B share structures
• Membership interest documentation for LLCs
• Operating agreements, bylaws, and shareholder rights

• Draft and negotiate hyperscale data center leases, including:
• PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) attachments
• Service-level requirements
• Uptime, redundancy, and Tier III/Tier IV expectations
• Expansion rights, renewal terms, early termination penalties
• Damage, liability, and insurance requirements
• Ensure MSB lease terms maximize revenue protection and long-term asset value.

7. Company Policies, Memos & Authority Governance

• Draft executive powers and authorities matrix (e.g., spending limits, approval workflows, signing authorities).
• Prepare board resolutions, corporate notices, memos, and compliance updates.
• Support Executive Team communication through formal legal memoranda.

8. Insurance Policies & Risk Management

• Review, negotiate, and manage:
• Commercial General Liability

• Ensure scope clarity, warranty protections, performance guarantees, LDs, indemnities, and safety requirements align with project risk profile.

QUALIFICATIONS

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
• 8–15+ years of experience, ideally with a mix of:
• Real estate development

Overview

Our client, a global hospitality leader, is seeking a Program / Delivery Manager to support the continued rollout and enhancement of their Property Engagement Platform (PEP) — a cloud-based property management system used across thousands of hotel locations worldwide.

PEP powers the day-to-day operations of our clients’ properties, supporting workflows such as guest check-in, housekeeping operations, property services, billing, and operational reporting. The platform is currently deployed across thousands of hotels globally, with ongoing development focused on supporting more complex international and luxury properties that require advanced features such as localization, regulatory compliance, and expanded operational functionality.

This role will support the delivery and coordination of development work between product teams and an external development vendor, ensuring features move smoothly from product concept through development, testing, and release.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on managing the flow of work, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and providing clear reporting on program progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery lifecycle for new features and enhancements within the PEP platform.
• Coordinate development work between product teams, engineering teams, testing groups, and external development vendors.
• Track feature progress from initial product intake through development, sprint execution, and release.
• Manage Jira workflows, ensuring work items are properly tracked and moving through the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards to monitor program health, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Analyze Jira data and delivery trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and ensure cross-team dependencies remain aligned.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities.
• Identify risks, blockers, and issues across workstreams and drive resolution.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and status updates for program leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes across the program.

Required Skills & Experience

• ~8+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or technical program management within a software development environment.
• Strong experience managing Agile or iterative software delivery programs.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for delivery management, backlog tracking, and reporting.
• Experience building Jira dashboards and interpreting delivery metrics.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present program updates to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with vendor development teams or third-party engineering partners.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, operational systems, or large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience creating executive reporting, delivery dashboards, and program updates.
• Familiarity with large enterprise technology environments supporting global users.

A Clinical Case Educator requires the credentials of a Registered Nurse. In this role, a registered nurse is passionate and is committed to provide a high level of patient care and counseling patients enrolled in the Medication Therapy Program. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, problem solving skills, and must be self-motivated. This person will be driven to help team members to achieve the mission of providing high level of care to patients. This position is a telehealth position. The nurse will report adverse events and provide clinical interventions to the patient based on assessed need.

Must reside within a commutable distance of Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX.

Shift Information

• Cary, NC – Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST and one night per week rotating to work 11-8pm.

• Fort Worth, TX - Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm CST and one night per week rotating to work 10-9pm.

• The nurses are required to report to the office twice a week.

• One rotating Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and educate new/existing patients on specialty drug therapies.

• Adherence to contracted and accrediting regulations as indicated by drug specification.

• Complete, thorough, and accurate documentation utilizing good documentation practice and compliance to industry standards and regulations.

• Discuss potential/current side effects with patients to educate about treatment alternatives and facilitate ongoing therapy adherence.

• Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to the manufacturer, FDA, and/or other governing authorities.

• Specialty drug verification and education. Provider/patient conduit to support therapeutic longevity.

• Adherence to patient management programs through call cadence schedules, medication management programing, drug counseling and provider collaboration.

• Maintenance of patient demographic records, medical history, and records in accordance with federal HIPAA standards.

• Collaboration with Pharmacy Support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of specialty drugs.

Minimum Requirement

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.

• Active RN license in NC/TX.

Education

Associates, Bachelor or higher degree in Nursing or accredited nursing diploma.

Critical Skills

• 4+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of acute.

• Experience in Oncology or other specialties.

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted compact state license or primary NC licensure. TX RN license is required for residents of TX.

• Ability to obtain licensing in all states and United States territories serviced within 3 months of employment through Biologics supported programming (minimal application guidelines apply.)

• Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and web-based programs.

• Effective orally and in writing communication, experience with motivational interviewing preferably.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret practice standards, professional journals, technical procedures and government standards and regulations.

• PTO Blackout Dates – around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.

• Hybrid position-Office days required.

Jabil is seeking a DCI Test Development Engineer who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Enterprise and Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within a large-scale software and data center infrastructure. The DCI Test Development Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hardware products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for contributing to the end-to-end architecture, definition, development and production deployment of production software applications and data center infrastructure spanning multiple customers and manufacturing regions. You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal engineering, manufacturing and quality teams and our end customers to ensure your software deliverables meet the rigorous standards of Jabil’s world-class manufacturing environments.

What will you do?

• Test System Development: Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. This includes creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware.
• Develop and implement automated manufacturing test sequences in Python that interface with BMS and PLC hardware to validate the functional performance, communication protocols, and safety logic of liquid cooling equipment.
• Test Software Development: Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process. This software may include code for controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating test reports.
• Test Sustaining: Support and maintenance for the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) level test software and infrastructure deployed at our production facilities, including the implementation of minor system configuration changes (new IPNs)
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, specifications, and Infrastructure
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, controls engineer, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to keep manufacturing processes competitive and up to date
• Definition and collaboration on overall test infrastructure and application architectures

How will you get here?  

Education:  

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required

Experience:  

• 5-8 years’ experience in a software manufacturing test development/sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products is required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a software manufacturing test development/ sustaining with enterprise server, storage or networking products and some college coursework in lieu of a 4- yr. degree, will be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

• Expertise in the following programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, BASH. C, C++, experience a plus
• Linux development expertise with a solid understanding of its fundamentals: CentOS/Ubuntu
• Python for hardware automation, with a deep understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, or Ethernet/IP) and the ability to interpret P&IDs and electrical schematics for cooling systems; experience in designing physical test stations and sensor integration is highly preferred.
• Expertise in the creation and configuration (DHCP, PXE boot, nginx) of Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMWare
• Expertise with leading edge networking systems, hardware, software and protocols including but not limited to enterprise ethernet datacenter switching/routing L1, L2, and L3 (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP). Arista CloudVision is a plus
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred)
• Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Ability to travel up to 10% globally as required
