Job Title: Facilities/Space Planner: I (PART TIME)

Location: Brentwood, TN (multiple sites)

Contract duration: 6 Month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Space Planning Analyst to support retail merchandising and store presentation initiatives by developing and managing merchandise planograms that optimize product placement, inventory flow, and store performance. In this role, you will use space management systems such as JDA/Blue Yonder to create and maintain planograms for inline, promotional, and display products while ensuring alignment with merchandising strategies and store layouts. You will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, inventory management, and store operations teams to analyze store performance, maintain master product and replenishment data, and support new store openings and merchandising programs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Day to Day:

This position is responsible for developing all clustered merchandise planograms, based on a variety of parameters such as product assortments, store clustering, store layout, productivity, etc. that aligns with space requirements as well as company strategies. In addition, this position manages all promotional and display space planograms in conjunction with the merchandising and marketing teams. This position is also responsible for managing the merchandising assortment to store relationship, owning master data for product replenishment codes, legally restricted or licensed product, label type, product dimensions, planogram merchandise sets, planogram execution communication and more. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining all analytics and reporting based on the planograms and POS data to support both the inventory management team in ordering and forecasting and the merchant team in the line review process.

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Space Planning/Systems experience (planograms) • JDA/Blue Yonder system experience • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to quickly learn technology • Ability to travel and local to Nashville (local to Nashville- 3 days a week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Program Coordinator to start ASAP for a 6-month contract with the option to extend up to one year and potential for future hire. This role is preferably onsite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of facility or building maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-unit retail environment, along with strong technical knowledge of building systems and industry trends, proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment, and availability to travel as needed.

Day to Day:

This position is responsible for managing the resolution of facility related repair and maintenance issues associated with owned or leased premises and to continuously deliver a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our customers and team members.

1. Manage repair and maintenance program for all stores in your respective territory. (40%)

2. Manage Landlord Maintenance issues, including any dispute resolution necessary to get Landlords to make repairs as required under the the lease. (10%)

3. Analyze root cause of reported facility issue, establish scope of work and required specifications, engage vendors, control bid process and recommend approval of related expense to coordinate the resolution of the repair. (10%)

4. Verify invoices for accuracy, performance of contracted repairs, warranty adherence, appropriate accounting codes, required signatures and accurate data entry to ensure appropriate payment by organization. (5%)

5. Collect, compile and record all email, phone and mailed documentation to maintain complete electronic archive and hard copy history of store repairs including initial requests, quotes, contracts, required approvals, warranties, completion results and invoices. (15%)

6. Direct, review and communicate with appropriate Store Team Members, Field Personnel, internal departments and interact with all corporate levels to provide customer service and support to ensure satisfactory completion of repair and maintenance issues and accurate appropriation of related expenses. (10%)

7. Verify competitive pricing across a wide range of service industries to ensure cost saving and value engineering through research and experience such as but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, asphalt, concrete, flooring, roofing and general facility components. (5%)

8. Develop and expand vendor network to improve performance and reduce cost. (5%)

Our client is a rapidly evolving, multi‑site organization in the retail/industrial sector and is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure Services to lead the overall strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure.

This leader will oversee all core infrastructure functions, including networking, servers, storage, cloud services, end‑user computing, voice systems, and security, while partnering closely with a third‑party MSP for day‑to‑day delivery. The role requires a hands‑on, seasoned infrastructure professional who can operate as both a technical expert and a strong operational leader.

This is a high‑impact position with significant visibility across the organization and the opportunity to guide the company through major modernization and cloud‑migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Leadership & Strategy

• Assess the organization’s infrastructure landscape and develop recommendations to strengthen stability, scalability, and performance.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on system health, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and manage service levels, operational standards, and performance expectations across infrastructure services.

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor the Infrastructure team, overseeing workloads, performance, development, and resourcing.
• Manage and hold the third‑party MSP accountable for high‑quality delivery across support, network operations, and systems administration.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, including licensing, renewals, and selection of new partners.

Systems & Network Administration

• Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of company‑wide infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, backups, cloud platforms, and voice systems.
• Ensure strong availability, disaster recovery readiness, and security controls across all infrastructure components.
• Partner with application and business teams to ensure infrastructure meets evolving technical and operational needs.

Operational Excellence

• Establish and monitor infrastructure KPIs, including uptime, performance, and service delivery metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying industry best practices across configuration, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Resolve operational and technical issues, addressing root causes across people, processes, and technology.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with leaders across IT and the business to support project delivery, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Provide technical consulting and guidance on major organizational initiatives.
• Assist in developing and managing the infrastructure budget and capital planning.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure spanning networking, servers, storage, cloud, and end‑user computing.
• At least 3 years of experience managing technical teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, server technologies, virtualization, storage systems, wireless, and endpoint technologies.
• Experience managing MSPs, vendors, contracts, and licensing.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools including MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, and general project‑management applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner and provide effective training where needed.

Preferred

• Experience supporting a distributed, multi‑site environment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service‑management workflows.
