We are looking for a Field Project Manager who can join our Project Management Team in the Bay Area to be responsible managing all aspects of a project to final close out including the responsibilities encompass planning, coordinating, and overseeing labor and all tasks pertinent to successfully implementing the project. This includes developing customer and third-party interface, managing critical dates, maintaining performance quality and budget objectives with the goal of providing utmost customer satisfaction.
The Field Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for multiple projects at any one time. The PM is responsible to respond to on-site issues and maintain continuous status communications to the Project Executive, Salesperson, Customer Service and the Customer. The PM manages communications until the projects are completed.

POSITION SUMMARY
· Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
· Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with the team, clients and consultants
· Build quotes with the Salesperson for the Customer

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· 2-4 years of furniture project management experience
· 4-6 years of office furniture installation experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
· Ability to handle challenging situations and diffuse tense situations
· Proper English language skills required, bilingual in Spanish a plus
· Valid CA Class C Driver License
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift more than fifty pounds

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking a BIM Manager to support and enhance Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across engineering and construction teams. This role will oversee BIM standards, provide technical leadership, and support project teams through coordination, modeling, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company BIM standards, templates, and workflows
- Provide technical leadership and support for BIM-related tools and processes
- Oversee Revit and AutoCAD modeling standards across multiple projects

Job Duties:
In this position, the engineer will have the following key responsibilities: Hardware emulation model creation. Importing design RTL. Provide RTL patches to address non-synthesis issues. Compile emulation model. Debugging issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs. Perform pre-silicon verification & validation and emulation to ensure functional correctness and performance. Partition large SoC RTL for multi‐FPGA platforms; develop and maintain HAPS/FPGA build infrastructure including scripts, flows, and makefiles. Integrate custom transactors, high‐speed interfaces, and debug instrumentation. Work with various pre-silicon tools and concepts such as emulation, FPGA, software models, N-1 silicon usage, etc., including pre-to-post-silicon initiatives
Experience and Education:
3-4 years of experience on emulation based functional and performance verification for multimillion gate SoC designs. Should have strong exposure to RTL coding and SOC bring-up. Hands‐on experience with Synopsys HAPS, Protium, Palladium, or other FPGA/emulation platforms. Experience with SoC buses and protocols: AXI, ACE, APB, PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, SerDes‐based links, etc. Strong RTL design background using SystemVerilog/Verilog. Good debugging skills, experience of working with various debugging tools on RTL like Verdi, fsdb analysis. Familiarity with ASIC design flows including emulation, verification and bring up. Expertise in scripting/automation: Python, Perl, Tcl, Make/CMake, Shell.
