Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience required in industrial skilled trades
• Knowledge of the skilled trades profession or equivalent industrial knowledge, with ability to transition between various skilled trade professions
• Comfortable with cold calling, in-person and via phone in prospecting new clients
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional social media
• High energy, competitive spirit! Goal driven to succeed!
• Hungry to learn and grow in the trade of helping people succeed
• Speaks the language of the industrial trades with potential candidates and customers

Requirements:

• Full cycle sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and account management activities in the skilled trade arena
• Maintain pool of candidates for targeted placements in skilled trades
• The Skilled Trades Recruiter will be primarily responsible for filling related job orders within the skilled trades specialty
• Schedule client interviews and collect feedback, generating offers and completing onboardings as needed
• Maintain client relationships - develop new ones - including on-site visits and occasional travel
• Develop and maintain professional knowledge of the market, staffing industry, and pertinent labor laws
• Work collaboratively with internal sales team on market dynamics and trends specific to function
• Write and place job advertising in various social media to build pool of candidates to take to market and support existing key client accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company trucks in compliance with all Federal, state, and company regulations.
Efficiently load and deliver perishable products while ensuring quality and excellent customer service.
Follow all safety procedures to maintain vehicle readiness; assist with plant maintenance, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned.
Complete required pre? and post?trip inspections and report any needed maintenance promptly.
Accurately complete all forms, tickets, and documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of assigned trucks.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management to support smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
Ability to pass a DOT medical examination.
Minimum of one year of pneumatic tanker driving experience.
Ability to climb, bend, and stoop as required for job duties.
Clean driving record that meets insurability standards.
Ability to read and write in English with legible handwriting.
Strong dependability, organizational skills, safety awareness, and efficient work habits.
Basic math and vehicle maintenance skills.

Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

The Patient Access Representative II is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage.
