2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3PM - 11PM
What You Will Do
Receive job assignments, piece quantity, and special instructions from the supervisor.
Read standard operating procedures and operating sheets.
Clean, wipe, and sand parts as necessary.
Set torque wrenches and assemble brakes and their components.
Test brakes, rework brakes with leaks, and replace lee plugs as needed.
Stamp information on tags or pads and notify the supervisor of stock needs or machine problems.
Record transactions and quality data; report machine or process issues to the supervisor.
Check parts against the pick list and set up riveters as required.
Torque all applications as required.
Retrieve parts from the warehouse and store/retrieve brake components, maintaining current inventory records.
Prepare brakes and brake components for shipment, including packaging, counting, weighing, labeling, and completing paperwork.
Move materials between workstations and cells using hand trucks, hoists, or robot assistance.
Set aside discrepant parts.
Clean and maintain work areas, machines, auxiliary equipment, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Check and maintain operating levels of fluids and required machine materials.
Mask and plug parts as needed and touch up paint as required.
Attend training classes and cell meetings, and perform miscellaneous operations as assigned in support of Brake Assembly.
You will be required to perform mathematical calculations requiring addition, subtraction, multiplication or division and pass a pre-employment qualification test.
You will be required to perform substantial reaching and moving while standing, twisting; stooping; and be response to sounds associated to the work environment.
You will be required to lift to 25 lbs. unassisted, anything over 25 lbs. would be assisted.
You will be required to wear personal protective equipment as required.

Under the supervision of the Director and/or Supervisors of the Buildings & Grounds Department, the employee installs, inspects, repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical equipment, hospital furnishings and grounds.
Position QualificationsMinimum Education, Licensure / Certification and Experience Required.
Education- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational school certificate.
- Journeyman's license in mechanical trade must be obtained within 6 months of start of position.

The Electronics Technician Maintenance II will perform a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical areas.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Maintain and support A-10 FMT systems.
- Verifies operational status of A-10 FMT systems, complete preventive maintenance, identify, record and transmit discrepancies, trouble shoot and repair discrepancies.
- Document all maintenance actions taken; coordinate for replacement parts and additional support as required.
- Install changes and updates to simulators and support equipment as required.

Detroit Manufacturing Systems manufactures high-precision, injection molded plastic components for the automotive industry. The DMS Process Technician-IMM reports to the IMM Engineering Leader and will be accountable for maintaining high quality tooling and injection mold machinery and equipment through preventative maintenance, repairs and visual evaluation.
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Fully understand and work with injection molding machines and secondary equipment, on tooling issues to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Monitor process and product-quality while tooling runs.
- Maintain and improve Quality.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering to reduce downtime and scrap and improve process efficiency.
- Participate in improving tool changeover times, by using SMED; improve EOAT (end of arm tooling) change over time improved color changeover time.
- Identify molding problems due to tooling problems and report them to Supervisor.
- Participate in maintaining tooling and equipment thru TPM Program.
- Record downtime and scrap and changeover time
- Able to address minor processing issues.

Required Skills/Educations/Experience:

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary
The Electrical Distribution System (EDS) Components Design Responsible Engineer (DRE) is responsible for the design, development, validation, and release of electrical distribution system components for Scout Motors’ all-electric pickup trucks and SUVs. Key Responsibilities
1. Component Design and Development
- Design and develop all EDS components including:
- Shields
- Troughs
- Grommets
- Connectors and terminals
- Power distribution components
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept design (clean-sheet development) through virtual development, testing, validation, and manufacturing launch.
2. Technical Specification & Sourcing Support
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Finance teams to develop detailed technical specifications.
- Support the quotation and sourcing process for EDS components.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure components meet cost, timing, and quality targets.
3. Standards and Component Library Development
- Develop and maintain a standardized library of core EDS components aligned with global Volkswagen Group standards.
- Ensure components can be effectively integrated into vehicle wiring harness and power distribution systems.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with VW Group module owners, internal engineering teams, and external suppliers to define and release EDS components.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture within the team.
5. Verification and Validation
- Conduct virtual simulations and physical testing for component verification.
- Participate in field testing and product validation activities to confirm performance and reliability.
6. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all designs meet automotive safety standards and U.S. government regulatory requirements.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to improve product quality and solve engineering problems.
7. Manufacturing and Production Support
- Contribute to the design and development of production facilities for Scout electric vehicles.
- Support the transition of components from development to mass production launch.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Monitor consumer experience and feedback to identify potential system improvements.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to EDS systems and components.
Required Qualifications
Education

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
