A prestigious government agency is addressing the backlog of special education claims in New York City to ensure timely and fair resolution of disputes between parents and the city regarding educational plans for children with special needs. Role Overview:
Our client is seeking contract attorneys barred and in good standing in any state with 1+ years of litigation experience to Work Remotely on a 1 plus year assignment. As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.
Pay Rates:
- 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour
- 7+ years of experience: $43.75/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring timely and effective handling.
- Representation: Prepare for and/or litigate complex cases involving significant legal precedents, policy implications, or financial impact. Represent the agency in administrative hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and settlement negotiations.
- Administrative Process: Navigate procedural requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state education laws and regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary filings, agreements, and reports with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Settlement Negotiation: Work with parents, public advocacy groups, and opposing counsel to reach fair resolutions while negotiating claims for attorney’s fees.
- Training and Collaboration: Collaborate with special education specialists, technical experts, and attorneys; provide training to field staff and clinical staff on compliance with education laws.

Required Qualifications:
- Bar Admission: Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
- Litigation Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of recent litigation experience (more preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Caseload Management: Proven ability to manage 100–200 cases concurrently.
- Timekeeping: Ability to log activities in 15-minute increments throughout the workday.
- Remote Work Skills: Dedicated workspace, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfort with virtual tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Job Description
EVERSANA has partnered with Shionogi Inc. to build a virtual team to support an anticipated launch in Primary Care. The Shionogi Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the commercialization of Shionogi therapies via teleconference and/or telephone to selected health care offices and providers. They will provide impactful key clinical information and educational materials as part of their remote engagements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Increase awareness of the assigned therapeutic area and build HCP trust, knowledge, and confidence in identifying possible treatment gaps in appropriate patient groups.
- Expected to achieve call activity and adherence goals, as well as brand performance objectives set forth by the Client compliantly and effectively
- Ensure that any sample and literature requests are generated accurately and perform appropriate follow up and investigation on shipments as needed
- Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, literature requests, and sample requests, if any
- Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvement

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify electrical hazards and safely isolate, ground, and prepare circuits and equipment for repair.
- Use required PPE to protect against arc flash and electrical shock.
- Read, interpret, and troubleshoot from blueprints and schematics, including 240V and 480V three-phase systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain motor control centers, motor start circuits, control loops, generators, high-voltage switchgear, protective relays, and related equipment.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical apparatus using engineering drawings and manuals.
- Install conduit, pull wiring, and perform proper terminations.
- Use electrical and electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, ammeters, megohm meters, high-potential testers, oscilloscopes, and digital probes.
- Install and maintain electrical distribution and control equipment including switches, relays, circuit breakers, and panels.
- Install and maintain drive systems including VFDs, eddy current drives, and DC drive systems.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC systems, including point-to-point wiring and equipment replacement.
- Install and calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level control devices.
- Observe operating systems to detect hazards and determine need for adjustments or modifications.
- Design and lay out control panels, set up complex control systems, and modify engineering drawings when required.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical equipment, including electronic controls, motors, meters, outlets, and panels.
- Document work performed and communicate issues, irregularities, and ongoing needs to the team.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment following all procedures and regulations.
- Communicate effectively to resolve electrical problems.
- Assist in training line mechanics and apprentices as needed.
- Use the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to enter and retrieve information.
- Follow safe work practices at all times and ensure work does not endanger others.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

We’re seeking a talented Lead Windows System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft and VMware technologies, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team managing the core infrastructure that drives business operations.
In this role, you’ll support both on‑premises and cloud environments, play a key role in infrastructure initiatives, and ensure the ongoing security, stability, and performance of enterprise systems. The Windows Administration Team is responsible for maintaining and advancing the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL, and the broader Microsoft Collaboration Suite. In addition, the team supports key service platforms such as VMware, compute, storage, backup, and other critical infrastructure technologies.
This position requires participation in an on‑call rotation and offers a primarily remote schedule, with on‑site presence approximately four days per month or as needed based on project or support requirements.
A Day in the Life
- Design and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions using Azure IaaS/PaaS and on‑prem vSphere
- Manage Azure services including VMs, networking, storage accounts, Azure AD, backup, and monitoring
- Oversee VMware infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi hosts, HA/DRS clusters, vSAN)
- Administer enterprise storage platforms
- Automate system tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Terraform
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce compliance and governance
- Participate in an on‑call rotation and provide support as needed for projects and escalations
- Mentor junior administrators and contribute to infrastructure roadmaps
You’ll Come With
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of systems administration experience, including Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2025)
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Expertise with VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vSphere) and virtualization best practices
- Solid understanding of core infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, Group Policy, RDS
- Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation)
- Expertise with Veeam Backup & Replication, including VeeamONE
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration management
- Experience with security best practices, patch management, and compliance standards
- Expertise with enterprise server hardware (Cisco, HP rack‑mounted and blade systems)
- Extensive experience with shared storage platforms and architectures
- Working knowledge of monitoring and endpoint management tools such as BigFix, Datadog, or SolarWinds
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and project management methodologies
Additional Qualifications
- Strong background in risk and compliance, ideally within the payments or financial services space
- Experience with process documentation, including creating documentation from scratch
