Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. They craft and tune player advancement and rewards across the entire game.
You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. You'll mentor other designers, establish best practices, and ensure the systems design team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that support both gameplay and business goals.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on systems design and progression.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring designers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Shipped at least one AAA title with significant ownership of progression or meta systems.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement strategies, and content pacing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on tool development and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Strategic mindset, balancing creative vision with technical and business constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine, including scripting and integration into production pipelines.
- Strong technical scripting skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000
- Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.

Responsibilities
As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Installing modifications to aircraft electronic systems
- Performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards
- Performing electrical diagnostics
- Reading electrical system diagrams
- Repairing and maintaining power generators and electric motors
- Performing scheduled maintenance and corrosion control
Work Environment
Sailors in this career field will perform duties at sea and ashore around the world. ATs can expect to work indoors and outdoors in land-based aircraft squadrons and aboard aircraft carriers. You may work in a shop environment, clean lab, airplane hangar or office environment.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Class "A" Technical School (19 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, for training in basic aviation theory and technical knowledge, aviation electrical systems, and electrical and electronics theory and skills.
After you complete training, you may be assigned to a naval air station, squadron, aircraft carrier or other aviation facility. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training

Responsibilities
The Boatswain's Mate (BM) has a rich history of honored traditions. As a BM, you will supervise the maintenance of your ship inside and out, in addition to a diverse roster of other responsibilities:
* Standing watch as lookout or Boatswain Mate of the Watch
* Repairing, maintaining and stowing equipment
* Training, directing and supervising ship's maintenance personnel
* Assisting as a search and rescue swimmer
* Operating sound-powered communication equipment
* Serving as a member of damage control, emergency and security alert teams
* Participating in Navy ceremonies
* Transferring supplies between ships while at sea
* Operating small boats, tugs, barges and other small craft
* Assisting with flight deck and amphibious operations
* Serving as flight deck crew during helicopter operations
* Supervising deck crew in cleaning, painting and maintaining the ship
* Directing boat crews in landing and rescue operations

Work Environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles legal work on assigned cases, including trial preparation.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Record review, discovery, and take depositions.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements and prepare for trials.
- Counseling clients throughout the process.
- Develops, organizes, and maintains document files consisting of pleadings, briefs, memorandums, depositions, transcripts, and more.
- Ensures the timely delivery of all tasks related to assigned cases
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff.
- Exhibits strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and case management.
- Provides prompt and timely responses to all correspondences.
- Utilizes and ensures the use of case management software for maintaining notes, calendar, billing, etc., on cases assigned and under established Company operating procedures, guidelines, and legal and ethical requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State of California License to practice law (Required).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal correspondence including thoroughly proofreading for errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
- Prepare and collect conflict of interest checks, open new files and maintain client files
- Maintain attorneys' calendars with hearing dates, filing deadlines, and other dates of importance
- Make client and client-related appointments for attorneys as necessary

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum two years litigation secretarial experience
- Experience maintaining paperless files. iManage experience a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Partners, as well as senior and junior members of the Legal Team. This role involves managing a variety of confidential and complex tasks, including calendar management, typing, editing and/or formatting legal documents and correspondence, filing documents with various courts, both electronically and via messenger, arranging for service of documents, meeting coordination, project assistance, and relationship management. The ideal candidate must excel in multitasking, managing changing priorities, and handling highly sensitive information with discretion. Maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff while observing confidentiality of client and other firm matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Track litigation deadlines, and confirm deadlines and docketed correctly. Coordinate attorney calendars, minimize conflicts, prevent double bookings, and proactively make decisions regarding appointment urgency and importance.
- Preparing draft court documents, including but not limited to complaints, answers, discovery, briefs, motions, motions for summary judgment, correspondence and memos.
- Heavy court filings at state, federal, and appellate level and in many different venues; prior involvement in Class Action cases is a must; knowledge of electronic filing procedures for the various venues, including state, federal, appellate and arbitration forums.
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.
- Organizes and accurately maintains physical and electronic documents and files in a timely manner. Creates and maintains working files and binders as requested. Utilizes Firm provided software to accurately store email messages and maintain and retrieve files.
- Administrative duties include but not limited to opening new files, requests conflict of interest checks and maintains on-line and hard-copy files. Conducts periodic reviews for possible storage of older files; prepares files to be closed.
- Provides backup support to other attorneys and timekeepers as needed. Volunteers for overflow work assignments when time permits and actively seeks to maximize productivity and promote teamwork. Possesses knowledge of key clients and contacts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Possesses high level of technical competency on all Microsoft Office and various other job-related software packages and applications.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
