The Mount Sinai Department of Neurology is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a fulfilling inpatient neurology opportunity.
This full-time position consists of inpatient consultative general neurology work at Mount Sinai Queens, part of the New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System. You will provide high quality care for patients with a broad range of basic and complex neurological diseases and neurological manifestations of systemic illness. Acute stroke and neurovascular diseases are not included in this role, as these are separately managed by our world-class Stroke Team. You will frequently collaborate with our superb neurological subspecialists (particularly in epilepsy and stroke). Finally, Mount Sinai Queens is a teaching site for the medical student core Neurology Clerkship, which is overseen by the on-service Neurology attending. Schedule opportunities include a combination of inpatient weeks, inpatient weekends, and outpatient time, depending on the applicant’s preferences. Over time, coverage needs may change or be flexible.
Our recently formed, system-wide Mount Sinai Neurohospitalist Division is a rapidly growing and dynamic space, where creativity, collaboration, and motivation are highly valued. The division is establishing practice standards, metrics, and protocols for inpatient neurology care quality across the system, collaborating with Neurocritical Care, Stroke, Epilepsy and other services, and harnessing information technology to elevate the quality and safety of care.

• Oversee third-party DCs, holding 3PL partners accountable through KPIs, operational reviews,
and clear performance expectations.
• Guide DC leaders and frontline teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive

• Ensure strong hiring pipelines, training programs, and workforce development to support
stable and productive operations.• Minimize shrink by ensuring proper product handling and maintaining high inventory accuracy
through rigorous cycle counts, prompt claim resolution, disciplined process adherence, and

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

The O365/Azure Security Administrator position is a full-time salaried job based in Jamaica, New York. The O365 Administrator will provide support and management of M365 and Microsoft Azure platform. In this dual-role position, you will serve as the face of Rinse to new drivers, helping to instill our culture and expectations from day one. This role comes with growth opportunities for exceptional performers who are motivated to take ownership, develop others, and expand into broader Operations responsibilities over time.
A few important things to note about this role:
- Typical shift schedule: Friday – Tuesday, 6:00PM – 11:00PM (5 days per week required)
- Compensation: $21/hour + keep 100% of tips + $35 bonus for each training shift conducted + mileage reimbursement
- Growth Opportunities: High-performing team members may have opportunities to expand into broader Operations responsibilities over time
- Employment Structure: This is a part-time, hourly position
Applicants will be required to submit to and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to commencing employment.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...
On Training Days:
- Set up training computers and classroom materials
- Welcome new Valets to HQ and represent Rinse culture
- Administer classroom training sessions (6PM–11PM)
- Run On-The-Road Training with new Rinse Valets
- Lead classroom debrief sessions
- Ensure new hires understand customer service standards, delivery expectations, and safety protocols
- Complete training documentation and administrative follow-up
On Non-Training Days:
- Support hybrid warehouse work during early surge (6PM–7PM)
- Drive delivery routes (7PM–10:30PM)
- Assist with end-of-shift hybrid operational tasks (10:30PM–11PM)
- Deliver exceptional, on-time customer service
- Communicate clearly with Operations and Customer Care regarding any on-the-road issues
AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU…
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
- Are a problem solver who is biased towards action and able to overcome challenges
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and work well under pressure
- Are energized until the late hours of the night and can reliably work evening shifts
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
- Are comfortable driving your personal vehicle and/or a rented van in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn
- Preferably have access to a 4-door vehicle
- Can safely lift up to 45–50 pounds
- Are available to consistently work Friday–Tuesday evenings
- Have a strong customer-first mindset

Previous experience in delivery, logistics, training, teaching, or coaching is a plus.
