We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our healthcare team within an outpatient setting located in Minot, ND for ongoing coverage 1 week/month.
This is an onsite position with no call required (available if interested).
The pay range starts at $4200-$4600/8hr day shift (Pay is flexible and negotiable based on experience)

- In charge of helping with operations and process improvements
- Work with senior level members of the HR team to create a positive candidate experience
- Communicate clearly and timely with candidates and hiring managers about schedules and changes if and when they occur
- Manage interview processes in the Applicant Tracking System
- Asisst with working with hiring managers, extending offers, speaking with candidates
- Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the Recruiting team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruitment support experience or HR experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with a high-volume recruitment process
- Able to prioritize your tasks in an ever-changing, dynamic environment where no day is like the previous.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Paralegal (Litigation) – Contract-to-Hire
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

Responsibilities:
- Prepare indexes and chronologies of produced documents
- Maintain and update privilege logs
- Assist with discovery including interrogatories, document requests, subpoenas, and document productions
- Organize exhibits for pleadings and court submissions
- Prepare materials for depositions and summarize deposition transcripts
- Coordinate and electronically file pleadings with the court
- Conduct legal and public records research using tools such as Westlaw
- Assist with drafting letters, responses to complaints, and settlement agreements
- Prepare mediation submissions and support trial preparation
- Organize and track documents received from clients and the court
- Assist with e-discovery searches and document uploads
- Proofread and format legal documents including tables of contents and authorities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Paralegal experience, preferably within a litigation environment
- Strong understanding of law firm procedures and court filing requirements
- Experience supporting discovery, document production, and trial preparation
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and document formatting skills
- Strong research abilities, including experience with Westlaw and online legal research tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with limited overtime as needed.
Work Arrangement:
