Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Success & Optimization: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring their campaigns align with these goals. Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience Designing and Managing Electrical/MEP Projects for Engineering Consulting or Design/Build environment Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer Designing Power and Lighting Building Systems on complex projects.

Project Experience Delivering New Construction and/or Renovation Projects for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc.

EIT or PE Licensed Preferred Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Software Construction Costs and Life Cycle Analysis; Experience Managing Moderate to Complex Projects Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings Ability to mentor junior level staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated familiarity with Local Building Codes & Standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading mechanical design efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality solutions for complex building systems.

PE License Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET Accredited College or University Security Clearance Preferred, Not Required 8 to 10+ years of experience with an MEP or Engineering Consulting firm designing HVAC building systems on complex projects Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Proven Project experience in Healthcare Projects (Hospitals, Labs, etc.) etc.

Develop HVAC designs from concept through completion of construction.
