Our client, is a well-established education technology organization based in New York City. Their team is seeking a Product Management Consultant to support a number of strategic initiatives in the education technology space.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, with an initial focus on the successful implementation of JRM's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Finance, Accounting, HR, Corporate Operations, Construction and overall business needs.

Beyond ERP, the Project Manager will also play a key role in planning and executing future enterprise system implementations such as HRIS, CRM, SaaS platforms, and other strategic technology initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the project manager for JRM's ERP replacement initiative and future enterprise system implementations. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations specific to ERP implementation and other business systems.

Salary Information

To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - 150,000.

As Privacy Counsel, you will serve as a senior legal advisor on complex privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters for a New York City government agency. Key Responsibilities

Legal Advice & Counsel

• Provide expert legal advice on complex, sensitive, and urgent privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters related to agency priority initiatives

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience advising on complex U.S. privacy and data security laws (e.g., GDPR implications for U.S. entities, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, state breach notification laws, and relevant federal, state, and local statutes)
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating privacy-related legal documents including MOUs, NDAs, data sharing/processing agreements, and terms of service
• Track record developing organizational privacy policies, compliance materials, internal/external legal guidance, and templates
• Experience conducting or providing legal support for privacy impact assessments, data protection impact assessments, or similar privacy risk analyses
• Demonstrated ability advising on privacy and data security implications of emerging technologies, digital services, or data use initiatives
• Experience supporting implementation or operation of an enterprise-level privacy program
