This Construction Project Manager position involves overseeing the installation and execution of pre-fabricated structures in the industrial/heavy commercial sector, serving as the primary liaison between clients, installation teams, and internal resources to ensure projects are completed from shipment to acceptance. • Coordinate subcontractor schedules and resolve on-site issues, including quality problems or vendor concerns.

• Support bidding activities, attend kickoff/progress meetings, and provide project status reporting.
• Manage material delivery, costs through back charges/change orders, and subcontractor scope development.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction science, construction estimating, or construction management (preferred)
