We’re seeking a hands-on Test Technician with a solid technical foundation and strong troubleshooting abilities to support our electronic product testing operations. The ideal candidate will have formal training, certifications, or education in electronics and a working knowledge of Ohm’s Law, schematic reading, and electrical power systems. This role focuses on real-world testing, debugging, and validation.
Job Duties:
- Conduct electrical and electronic tests to verify performance, functionality, and compliance with production quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues at the component, board, and system levels using schematics and test equipment.
- Develop, maintain, and improve test and burn-in processes to ensure reliability and throughput.
- Review and update process specifications and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.
- Monitor yields and identify root causes of test failures, coordinating corrective actions with engineering and quality teams.
- Support the design, setup, and validation of new test fixtures, jigs, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform firmware flashing, system configuration, and multi-unit hardware interconnects (Ethernet/BNC/twisted pair).
- Set up and test complex disk arrays or power distribution assemblies as required.
- Maintain preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for all test equipment.
- Drive recovery and repair efforts for any downed test or burn-in stations, coordinating across maintenance and engineering teams.
- Assist with new product introduction (NPI) by supporting test development and validation activities.
Qualifications:

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function for a Fleet Manager is to utilize coaching and leadership skills to manage approximately 35-40 drivers and achieve specific goals. These goals include meeting pick-up and delivery requirements, maximizing revenue, driver productivity, and other established company goals for retaining drivers and achieving an excellent safety record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review driver check calls to determine driver location and estimated delivery times.
- Receive load assignments from Customer Service and review to ensure the appropriateness of such driver work assignments.
- Dispatch loads to the drivers (issue load information, loading instructions, directions, routing, and fuel information).
- Call customers to obtain directions information and schedule loading/delivery appointments, as necessary.
- Notify Customer Service Department of issues/changes that might impact customer expectations or affect load assignments.
- Promote safety throughout all areas of operations, including the dispatching of loads in accordance with the drivers hours of availability.
- Focus on driver retention by understanding driver requirements/preferences, by monitoring driver performance to ensure driver requirements are being met, and by keeping drivers informed and motivated.

The role functions as a “CSI-style” investigative resource—identifying what went wrong, why it happened, when it occurred, where the material is, and how to prevent it from happening again. This is a hands-on, analytical role requiring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across manufacturing and stockroom environments
- Support discrepancy investigations, including engineering change break-ins and material variances
- Interpret and validate Bills of Material (BOMs)

We are shifting the way we provide information to management so that it is more real-time and self-serve.
