Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Role

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering inputs integral to both small and large-scale hydro and dam projects. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mental health disorders by conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
  • Create personalized treatment plans for patients that may involve a combination of psychotherapy, medications, interventional therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Deliver and supervise interventional treatments including TMS, Esketamine (Spravato), and Ketamine Infusion Therapy and work closely with an experienced clinical leadership team that has been applying innovative treatment protocols for years supported by positive patient outcome data.
  • Monitor the effects of interventional treatment to assess a patient’s response, adjust treatment parameters when applicable, and determine the need for changes to the overall treatment strategy.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on the patient’s response to various therapeutic options.
  • Educate patients and their families about the nature of their mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies to manage symptoms.
  • Manage crises that may arise in their patients’ mental health.
  • Coordinate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists.
  • Document and maintain updated medical records, including diagnosis, treatment plans, progress notes, medications prescribed, and other relevant patient information.

Under the direction of the Pediatric Surgery Attending physicians, the inpatient Physician?s Assistant (PA) for Pediatric Surgery will care for pediatric trauma and pediatric general surgery service patients and their families. The Pediatric Surgery service will include care in the OR, PACU, acute care floor, emergency department, PICU, and NICU. The role of the Pediatric Surgery PA is to facilitate multi-disciplinary care through interaction with patients, housestaff, attendings and nurses. The PA will be expected to order medications and diagnostic testing, interpret laboratory values and diagnostic test results safely and appropriately. The PA will be responsible for documentation of care in History and Physicals, daily progress notes, discharge summaries. When necessary, the PA may see consults in the ED or other inpatient settings and staff consults with attending physicians. Patient care provided includes but not limited to, initiating appropriate consultations and referrals, postoperative patient evaluation and care, follow-up evaluations; and patient care planning, care education, and coordination of care. The PA will also provide education to patients, family members, ICU members, and medical providers including medical students, residents, and fellow physicians.     The Opportunity:

    The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.     Employment type:

    • Seasonal Employee from September 2025 - January 2026
    • 38 hours minimum weekly
    • 3 weekends per month
    • Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day)

    What you?ll be working on:

    • Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
    • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
    • Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
    • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually

    Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

    • Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
    • Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
    • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
      • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sunday required)
    • Ability to work afternoons and evenings (current shifts range from starting at 7am to ending at 10pm)
    • Excellent clinical and communication skills with the ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows
    • An example schedule for this role:
      • Wednesday: 1p-10pm Pacific
      • Thursday: 1p-10pm Pacific
      • Friday: 1p-10pm Pacific
      • Saturday: 1p-10pm Pacific
      • Sunday: 1p-10pm Pacific

    About the Role:

    As an RVT in our Emergency Department, you will:

    • Triage and stabilize incoming emergency patients efficiently and accurately
