What you’ll own:
LoanPro’s Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for selling our cutting-edge loan management software to enterprise-level clients. The EAE will primarily focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. The EAE will be responsible for the continuation of revenue growth for LoanPro. EAEs should be a specialist in LoanPro products and services in order to clearly communicate product value to customers and prospects. They work to understand the needs of prospects and determine whether our solutions can meet those needs. The EAE works with multiple internal teams to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to the current and future clients. They are a trusted resource for both internal and external clients. They develop relationships with prospects, acting as their main point of contact within LoanPro from initial outreach or AE handoff, through the sales process, to introducing them to Customer Success. They are also responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.
Essential Job Functions:
- Take ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product
- Identify and target potential enterprise-level clients in the financial services industry, fintech companies, and lending institutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Understand the complex software as a service (SaaS) solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our loan management software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers and customer success managers, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments.
- Attend trade shows, client visits, and industry events to network and generate new leads.
- An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.

- Communicate with potential and current clients at to understand customer goals, challenges, project requirements, timeline, budget, and authority
- Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Own, manage and support prospects through the full sales process from qualification to close
- Maintain and organize customer and account information
- Have strong technical, business and financial terms acumen and understanding to better serve the client
- Research and develop existing accounts to increase customer efficiencies
- Develop an in-depth understanding of LoanPro, industry trends, and competition
- Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly metrics (appointments set, opportunities created, qualified leads, new contacts, calls per day, KPI, etc.)
- Answer questions about LoanPro processes and solutions with confidence and expertise
- Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Drive pipeline growth through development of outbound leads
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations to mid-market and enterprise prospects based on their needs and priorities
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Strong communication and positive team player approach
- Provide ideas/insights to management and sales to help facilitate growth of organization
- Stay on top of industry trends and develop a complete understanding of our current and potential Strategic Partners’ and our customers’ businesses
- Research target accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop new relationships

- Support LoanPro at trade shows and conventions as needed

What you’ll need for success:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in selling complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience in the fintech, financial services industry, or lending is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate a complex sales cycle.

LHH is seeking a Key Account Manager; Modular Flooring for a growing client in Salt Lake City, UT!
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and significant national exposure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven sales professional with experience selling into retail environments such as automotive, powersports, hardware, home improvement, or similar verticals. This is a newly created role focused on building and scaling a national display flooring category used to enhance in-store merchandising and product presentation.
Compensation includes base salary of $100,000–$125,000 + bonus. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plus match, PTO, paid holidays, and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow a newly launched display flooring category
- Prospect, acquire, and manage key accounts including retailers, dealership groups, OEMs, kiosk operators, and merchandising partners

- Prepare for and conduct on-site and virtual meetings with decision-makers across the U.S.

Requirements:
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers' responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCaf and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.
The People Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. WHO YOU ARE
You're a hands-on operator with experience managing vendors, partners, or distributed service providers. You know how to balance speed, quality, and accountability in field-based environments—and you're comfortable working across both operational and relationship-driven responsibilities.
You enjoy building trusted partnerships, solving real-time service challenges, and contributing to the growth of a platform that is reshaping the private security landscape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, recruit, and onboard vetted security service partners within assigned markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to drive performance and consistency
- Monitor field activity, address service issues, and ensure partners align with established performance standards
- Support partner adoption through training, demonstrations, and operational guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and support scalable growth
- Travel regularly within your market for partner meetings, site visits, and operational support
- Provide remote operational support for adjacent or emerging markets as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or multi-site service environments (security industry experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success managing regional accounts, third-party service providers, or field-based partners
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive results in fast-moving environments
- Confident problem-solver with sound judgment under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in CRM systems and maintaining accurate, real-time records
- Experience with outbound outreach, lead generation, or cold calling is a plus
- Bonus: Experience recruiting, onboarding, or developing service partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated success managing regional or multi-vendor operations (security, logistics, facilities, or related industries)
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed

What you'll do as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Manage budgets for building and repair, maintenance, supplies, third-party support and spare parts inventory.
- Maintain adequate on-hand inventory supplies to support sortation system. Monitor expenses and purchase actions.
- Obtain quotes to build strong vendor relationships. Ensure the best cost is being provided.
- Utilize maintenance connection to optimize asset utilization through scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Understand all profibus connections and repeaters within the sortation system.
- Identify, prioritize, and coordinate the daily activities of technicians.
- Manage the department to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety and task proficiency.
- Maintain proper staffing, required training and certifications.
- Work nights and weekends if critical system failures occur.
- Ensure the training and development of the team on all technical aspects of DC maintenance including conveyor, HVAC, ammonia refrigeration and building support systems.
- Monitor expenses by function and equipment type.
- Provide "hands on repairs" and preventative maintenance to DC systems as required.
- Monitor and maintain safety processes to keep the division in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications you'll bring as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Have a 4-year degree or equivalent professional training and experience in an industrial maintenance discipline.
- Have demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, including assertiveness, organization, enthusiasm, decisiveness, planning, confidence and accountability.
- Have strong technical working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, ammonia, energy management, MHE and conveyor systems.
- Have computer skills including Windows, maintenance database programs and Maintenance Connection.
- Have a working knowledge of PLC's, high and low voltage systems, including 480V three-phase, and computer controlled automation.
- Be able to work safely with potentially harmful chemicals, solvents and components.
- Have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the changing needs of the job.
- Be able to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints and CAD. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a
level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions;
Hands-on operation vacuum equipment and hydroblasting equipment;
Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps;
Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized hydroblasting and/or chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job;
May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications;
Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job;
Perform any and all duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines and jet rodders;
May direct a crew of vacuum technicians;
May transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations;
Completes pre and post trip inspections, driver’s logs and complies with all other vehicle policy and DOT requirements;
Loading and unloading hoses;
Unload vacuum truck at the dump site;
Provide general maintenance in the field;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs;
Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations;
Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business;
Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device;
Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required;
Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers;
Experience operating a vacuum truck;
Working knowledge of operating equipment used in wet and dry vacuums.
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience;
Class A or B CDL License required;
HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements, preferred.
