Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high‑volume shared inbox and respond to incoming requests in a timely, organized manner

• Prepare, assemble, and distribute project packets, including composing and finalizing documentation
• Perform data entry and tracking of job codes, ensuring accuracy and consistency

GME is growing with plans for Surgery, Pediatrics and Ob/GYN residency programs.
- Forty plus years of experience with clinical education through its clinical track in a joint medical education program with UCLA’s Geffen School of Medicine (CDU/UCLA Medical Education Program). EDUCATION:
- Regionally accredited bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management; or

EXPERIENCE:
- Five to Seven years of experience in the field of Human Resources, and three to five as an HR Generalist or HRBP.

The Senior Executive Officer will lead Metro’s Project Controls Department, responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of Metro's capital projects and its initiatives. The base hourly range for this role is between $21.00 and $23.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
