Location
This is a field based medical affairs role
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the field-based extension of the Pharvaris’ Medical Affairs Team
- Field-based activities expected to comprise >80% of MSL responsibilities.
- Systematically identify the scientific exchange needs of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators and other stakeholders in patient care, establish strong professional relationships, provide credible scientific expertise and serve as a liaison to Pharvaris North America’s Medical, Clinical Development/Operations and external partners.
- Ensure compliant communication and education of Pharvaris’ product portfolio to meet the educational and professional needs of Pharvaris’ key customers.
- Responds effectively to requests for scientific exchange.
- Support design and implementation of scientific programs with external experts and Global Medical Affairs
- Support local team disease area and product knowledge through scientific training.
- Maintain personal expertise in relevant disease areas and MSL best practices
KOL/HCP Relationship Management:
- Through appropriate scientific exchange, builds and maintains professional relationship with external stakeholders to expand Pharvaris’ research, advisory and educational partnership opportunities.
- Ensures high standard of professionalism to develop and maintain “peer-to-peer” scientific relationships with key thought leaders in healthcare, academia, payer, and government organizations per strategic territory plans and as requested by KOLs/HCPs, including the management of strategic scientific partnerships and scientific exchange.
- Provide scientific liaison support to Investigators currently involved in Pharvaris’ interventional or observational studies and investigator-sponsored research
- Provide scientific exchange and appropriate support to payer organizations.
- Serve as a liaison between HCPs and Pharvaris medical affairs.
- Facilitate 1:1 and group scientific interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in KOL/HCP planning.
- Maintain KOL/HCP plans and update medical customer relationship management system in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
- Maintain awareness of and access to internal and external information sources available to support high-quality scientific exchange, and coordinate high-quality interactions between these resources and external customers
Effective and Compliant Dissemination of Data
- Respond within defined timeline and quality standards to unsolicited inquiries from HCPs and other stakeholders received by Medical Affairs and referred to Global Medical Affairs by other Pharvaris functions, forwards reports of adverse events according to Pharvaris’ policy.
- Support development of appropriate responses to unique inquiries as required, such as the presentation of scientific evidence and medical education.
- Presents clinical and disease state information to a variety of audiences, including KOLs, Medical advisors, formulary/decision makers and other HCPs.
- Ensures appropriate scientific exchange with HCPs by fostering fair and balanced medical and scientific communications that are not misleading.
- Serves as scientific resource at key medical, scientific, and patient advocacy conferences as assigned.
- Conducts therapeutic training for Sales and Medical colleagues upon request
Contribute to Pharvaris Strategic Medical Strategy
- Communicate key medical insights from KOLs/HCPs to inform refinement of medical strategy.

Requirements
- Doctorate level (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred or master’s degree (MPH or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience clinical or therapeutic experience.
- 3- 5 years of MSL experience with primary emphasis on rare diseases and field-based scientific exchange and/or clinical trial support
- Therapeutic area and/ or hereditary angioedema expertise preferred.
- Frequent travel is required. Availability to travel 80% of the time, including weekends and holidays

The Director of Property Management is responsible for overseeing the SR Management department to ensure the operational and financial health of our commercial real estate portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities included below. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS:
- Provide leadership to the team by interviewing, hiring, training, and managing performance in accordance with Company policies and business practices.
- Supervise activities of the property management, leasing, and maintenance personnel.
- Make appropriate staffing and salary recommendations to Company President
- Direct the operations, maintenance, and administration for each property.
- Provide reports and updates to owners and investors.
- Prepare annual departmental operating budget and achieve profitability objectives.
- Supervise the property management staff in the day-to-day operations of properties.
- Authorize contracts, purchase orders, repairs, maintenance, and replacement projects by Property Managers.

- Oversee the tax protest account for each property in the portfolio.
- Physically inspect each asset at least once annually.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
- Portfolio Management – oversee all property operations for an assigned portfolio to maximize NOI and asset value.
- Direct and monitor all building staff, engineers, maintenance technicians, security officers, janitorial persons, construction providers, subcontractors or other personnel and service providers on site.
- Mentor, coach, and train your team for success. Present a positive, helpful attitude when interacting with co-workers and customers.
- Provide clear direction and distribute workload appropriately among staff, subcontractors, and vendor providers.
- Correspond with tenants regarding leasing and management questions, maintenance and repair issues or other service-related items brought to your attention.
- Work in conjunction with leasing representative to provide answers to leasing questions, help tenants with move in and move out policies, and keep the building common areas and vacant spaces in good condition for prospective tenant tours.
- Coordinate plan review and approval for construction work with tenants, supervise landlord and tenant contractors, and ensure compliance with risk management and safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections of the building exterior and interior including tenant areas and implement compliance with code, local, state, and federal ordinances, and company or building policies and procedures.
- Review and approval for financial operations for the property including coding bills, oversee accounts payable and receivable, tenant rent collection and maximize operating efficiency and financial performance of the property.
- Review and interpret commercial lease agreements to ensure operational compliance and financial accuracy. Collaborate with the legal department where necessary.
ADVANCED FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements, leasing and operational reports, annual budget, and property condition reports.
- Provide a 5-year capital plan for the property for all items that will require repair or replacement outside of normal day-to-day operations.
- Oversee rent collection, manage delinquencies, and implement legal remedies when necessary.
- Obtain, review, and negotiate scope of work descriptions, service agreements, and business contracts to provide quality-control, and oversight while implementing cost-containment initiatives, measures of compliance and contract standards.
- Maintain files and written records and prepare professional written correspondence with tenants, vendors, and clients.
EQUIPMENT:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

The Subscription Data Operations Lead will join the Sunscription team and play a critical role in supporting contract execution, allocation accuracy, and financial closings by serving as the central owner of subscription data and documentation.
Position Description
The Subscription Data Operations Lead serves as the primary data input and coordination point for community solar subscriptions. This role owns the accuracy and flow of information across allocation spreadsheets, executed contracts, utility documentation, and internal systems.

We are hiring for a Director of Enrollment to lead our recruiting team and efforts for new undergraduate and graduate nursing degree programs.
Position Description:
The Director of Enrollment is responsible for leading the student recruiting function for undergraduate and graduate programs, including direct management of Enrollment Advisors and, when applicable, other administrative staff. They will also work with prospective students, helping them choose the nursing program that is right for them, and educating them on how to choose a great nursing school.
The Director of Enrollment must build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external counterparts, demonstrate in-depth student recruitment and nursing program knowledge, and a strong understanding of partner and BAYADA processes and policies to ensure enrollment objectives are met. This is a full-time position.
Core Responsibility and Expectations:
- Manage all areas of student recruitment for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and selection of enrollment staff
- Train, coach, develop, supervise and evaluate enrollment staff through regular one-on-one and team meetings, documented student interaction and system observations, and pipeline reviews
- Assist your enrollment team with recruiting & counseling prospective students using a variety of outreach tools and techniques including phone, text, chat and email
- In collaboration with marketing, partner institutions, and key stakeholders, build undergraduate and graduate program cohorts in support of both near, mid- and long-term enrollment goals
- Effectively collaborate in the design and documentation of the new student enrollment process
- Regularly analyze, evaluate, and report on enrollment KPIs and pipeline reports. Provide accurate and timely enrollment forecasts
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to create and execute enrollment tactics to ensure a high-quality student experience and successful cohort starts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide relevant insights to solve problems in real time and continuously improve enrollment outcomes. Advocate for changes as appropriate to improve the student experience
- Represent the program and generate student interest through community events, college/career fairs, open houses, etc.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Ensure the team follows documented processes, effectively uses technology tools, and adheres to and complies with all state, federal, university and company policies.
