Position Summary
The Inbound Shipping/Inventory Supervisor will oversee inbound receiving, inventory control, and put-away operations, ensuring 100% accuracy and seamless integration into our fulfillment workflow. Reporting to the General Manager, this role drives inventory integrity, supports demand forecasting, and maintains compliance for temperature-controlled and specialized products in our Salt Lake City facility.
This is a critical operational leadership position for a proactive professional passionate about precision, efficiency, and team development in a fast-growing 3PL environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Supervise inbound shipping/receiving, including unloading, inspection, labeling, and put-away of goods.
- Manage cycle counts, full physical inventories, and real-time inventory tracking via WMS.
- Ensure proper storage for nutraceuticals, health, and beauty products, including temperature-controlled zones.
- Optimize inbound workflows, dock scheduling, and supplier coordination for maximum efficiency.
People & Culture
- Lead, train, and mentor inbound and inventory teams, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Build a collaborative, safety-focused team culture aligned with Carter's people-first values and superior service standards.
- Conduct training on inventory best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Customer & Quality Focus
- Verify inbound quality, resolve discrepancies with suppliers, and maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and customers to support forecasting, replenishment, and special handling needs.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, turns, and aging to inform strategic decisions.
Continuous Improvement & Technology
- Utilize WMS platforms, barcode/RFID systems, and dashboards for accurate tracking and analytics.
- Drive process improvements to reduce receiving times, minimize stock discrepancies, and enhance throughput.
- Lead new vendor onboarding, facility expansions, and inventory system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lot tracking, and industry standards (e.g., FDA for nutraceuticals).
Qualifications
- This is not a remote position; must be onsite at the Salt Lake City facility.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in inbound receiving, inventory management, or 3PL warehousing (ecommerce or temperature-controlled preferred).
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite, or similar)is a plus but not required, inventory software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of inventory control methods (FIFO, lot tracking), safety compliance (OSHA), and quality assurance.
- Proven team leadership in dynamic, high-volume settings with physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs, warehouse mobility).
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills for root-cause analysis and data-driven improvements.
- 3PL experience is a plus.
- Schedule is Dayshift, but the qualified candidate must be flexible with additional workdays, hours, and shifts as business needs require

Role uses full suite of production data and reporting to identify trends, capitalize on opportunity and regularly address agency level performance including training / skill gap to execute on business plan
Position is responsible for product/user integration with industry technology and comparative rating platforms within market and assigned agencies
Consults with IA's by having a strong knowledge of the independent agency channel, including industry competitors, major brokers and national industry associations to gather market intel to help promote and position NGACC products and/or make market enhancement to align with industry opportunity
Delivers on the business unit's annual execution plan (growth, profitability, agency engagement, new appointments) for their market under the guidance of a Regional Sales Manager and/or Zone Director
Positions and promotes full suite of NGACC Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners to include, multiple personal auto products, homeowners, commercial vehicle, flood, and recreational vehicle (based on state availability)

Park City Hospital is expanding its surgical imaging support and is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to supporting large C‑arm procedures in the Operating Room as well as standard Radiologic imaging throughout the hospital. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality intraoperative imaging that directly supports complex surgical cases.
You will work side-by-side with radiologists, surgeons, anesthesiology teams, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where precision, teamwork, and patient safety are paramount. This position is ideal for a technologist who is confident in their all around Radiologic Imaging skills as well as comfort in operating large C‑arm equipment, and motivated to contribute to exceptional surgical outcomes.
Essential Functions- Maintain ARRT and modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions
- Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and patient preparation prior to procedures
- Perform imaging exams according to department protocols and review images for quality, clarity, and diagnostic accuracy
- Safely operate large C‑arm equipment in the Operating Room, supporting complex surgical cases
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Complete imaging studies efficiently without compromising patient care or image quality
- Assist with and instruct students and other Radiology Technologists on exam protocols, positioning, procedures, and equipment usage
- Provide patient education, address concerns, and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures
- Practice appropriate infection control, sterile technique, and OR protocols
- Operate imaging equipment and associated information systems to ensure optimal image quality
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, procedures performed, and any adverse reactions
- Follow protocols related to medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, quality control programs, and equipment issue reporting
- Strong anatomy knowledge and image evaluation skills
- Expertise in imaging equipment operation and electronic imaging systems
- Knowledge of contrast protocols and emergency response procedures

Job Title: Medical Support Assistant (MSA).
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Medical Support Assistant is the responsible for the performance and coordination of appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Consistently responds to internal and external customer requests for assistance in a courteous, professional, cooperative, and helpful manner.
Answers the phone within 5 rings and follows appropriate telephone etiquette. Listens attentively to questions and confirms understanding by restating to the caller. Will collect adequate information before transferring a call to nurse, provider, social work, etc.
MSA has general knowledge of use and check in of all patients via Patient Check-in (PCI).
Serves Patient Relations Representative and actively listens to feedback, patient concerns and can self-resolve patient complaints / co-worker concerns in a tactful, professional manner.
Understands the roles and responsibilities of others in the team, participates in team huddles. All employees are expected to be courteous and cooperative and to work to achieve the goals of the clinic. This includes professional, constructive, and open communication with supervisor and other employees. Performance must demonstrate the ability to adjust to change or work under pressure in a professional pleasant manner.
MSA manages and completes assigned work, provides input on work progress and/or impediments, works collaboratively and maintains efficient workflow.
Receives reviews, prepares, and ensures correct punctuation, spelling, grammar, format, styles and oversees the incoming and outgoing correspondence.
MSA will continuously update patient demographics, to include phone number, address, next of kin, emergency contact and insurance capture.
Proficiency and daily use of personal computers, Outlook, Teams, ISS, VISTA, CPRS, PCI, HSRM, PPMS and Consult Tracking Management (CTM).
Proficiency in updating no-shows within 24 hours of appointment. Monitoring incoming and outgoing faxes and mail, in accordance with HIPPA standards.
MSA provides support to patient aligned care team.
Knowledge in use of VA software such as CPRS, ISS, VISTA, CTM, PCI, HSRM, PPMS, and
Advanced MSA is responsible for workflow, completion, and hand-offs for assigned work, for example, the monitoring of two calls and a letter for recall reminders, which may apply to the following reports/metrics NEAR Report, 90 Day Warning Report, Primary Care Management Module, dual enrollment, and any other access related reports.
MSA routinely reviews and uses data from reports used to collaborate with team members for patient appointments and communicates scheduling issues to their supervisor.
Responsible for following scheduling practices, ensuring Veterans are scheduled within the VA guidelines.
Responsible for meeting all Compliance and Business Integrity standards regarding ICB and scheduling accuracy.
Ensure compliance with VA Community Care scheduling processes.
Responsible for meeting all workload requirements and timeliness.
Assess compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) and other regulatory program review criteria that govern service and ensure that requirements are in place and are compliant as evidenced by both internal and external reviews.
Demonstrate participation and knowledge in the facility’s Compliance and Business Integrity Program to prevent violations of the law as well as maintaining high ethical standards.
Ensure all patients are identified with two appropriate patient identifiers, per policy.
Always maintains computer and IT security. Accepts full responsibility for all transactions under his / her badge, access and verify codes, and protection or equipment, hardware, or software. Uses access security codes only in the performance of official duties.
Accepts full responsibility for protecting electronic and printed files containing sensitive information.

Contractor MSA staff shall complete all mandatory required training per VAMC policy.
Contractor MSA staff shall be aware of all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to Privacy, Confidentiality and HIPPA and comply with all standards.
Contractor shall maintain zero (0) breaches of privacy or confidentiality.
MSA staff shall complete all performance standards within VA guidelines.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
U.S citizen
Have a High School education or GED equivalent.
Oral and written proficiency with English
Knowledge of Computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Type at least 50 WPM
Have no health or physical disability restrictions that interfere with the performance of assigned duties.
Knowledge of medical terminology
Minimum 12 months of experience as Medical Support Assistant
Location: Remote – Applicant must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City UT, 84148
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, MT, excluding federal holidays; contractor personnel will work an 8-hour shift.
Clearance Level Required: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
Health and Infection Control Requirements
This position is assigned to a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility and requires compliance with all applicable OSHA healthcare safety standards and VA infection control policies.
Selected personnel must provide documentation of required health screenings, immunizations, and training prior to the start of work. These requirements may include, but are not limited to:
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening / Tdap vaccination / Annual Influenza vaccination (unless medically contraindicated)
