IRONDELTA is a steel erection company specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) with some structural steel. Weβre looking for a leader who can estimate, build relationships, secure new work, read contracts without crying, and help run the business.
This is not a typical PM job. This is for someone who can think like a builder, strategist, and partner while still staying connected to the field. If youβre the type who can think strategically AND still handle the day-to-day stuff without acting like youβre too important to pick up the phone, we want you.
You will NOT be doing this alone. We already have a Field Project Manager handling daily jobsite activity, field needs, questions, coordination, and the small but important details.
That means your job is to focus on estimating, operations, company growth, and high-level project management.
You guide, coordinate, and keep the company moving in the right direction.
What Youβll Actually Do
1. Estimating & Growing the Company (Top Priority)

2. Project Management
β’ Build schedules and keep everyone aligned
β’ Watch job health: man hours, budget trends, materials, equipment
β’ Communicate with GCs, owners, and the office
β’ Solve issues in the field with the Field PM
β’ Conduct site visits (not every day β you have support)
β’ Provide oversight to ensure safe, clean, high-quality job sites
3. Company Operations
β’ Work closely with our Business Operations Manager (you say what and when; she makes the magic happen)
β’ Communicate milestones, progress, and approved changes for billing
β’ Improve systems to make field + office flow better β or create new ones if the old ones suck

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:
- Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
- Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
- Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.

Salary and Benefits
Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Qualifications
Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:
- Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
- Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
- Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
- Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
- Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.
Hiring Minimums:
Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:
- Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
- Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).
Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.
250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.
FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.
Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)
UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.
Other Requirements

- Operate single- and dual-tip torches safely and effectively, maintaining precise heat control throughout the brazing process.
- Clean, prepare, and assemble copper pipes and fittings prior to brazing.
- Follow strict safety procedures, including proper handling of compressed gases and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
- Operate and monitor brazing furnaces and other related equipment as needed to support production.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and promote good housekeeping practices in your work area.
- Apply fluxing techniques to chemically remove oxides, provide a protective barrier against atmospheric gases, and facilitate the flow and wetting of filler metals.
- Monitor joint temperature visually during brazing.

Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment
As a Surface Warfare Officer, you will work at sea and on shore, in a variety of environments. Sea duty could place you aboard ships within the fleet. Shore duty may involve a tour of duty at the Pentagon, a student assignment at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, or command and management positions at shore bases and stations around the world.
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Unless they have already been commissioned through the Naval Academy or ROTC, those pursuing a Surface Warfare Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School. Newly commissioned SWOs can expect an advanced training process that includes comprehensive training at sea and ashore.
Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.

A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer.
There are different ways to become a SWO. Those already having a degree attend Officer Candidate School (OCS), a 12-week Navy school in Newport, RI.

Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Surface Warfare Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager who specializes in Healthcare Construction. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the construction industry and has a proven track record in managing healthcare projects from conception to completion. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FSED (Free Standing Emergency Department), MOB (Medical Office Buildings), imaging, exam rooms, OR, ER, additions, renovations, and ground-up projects. With a strong emphasis on project management, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to travel
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, including FSED, MOB, imaging, exam rooms, OR, ER, additions, renovations, and ground-up projects.
- Responsible for all aspects of project planning, including defining project scope, developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications and to establish the project plan.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as necessary to ensure project success.
- Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety documents, are in order and up to date.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction.
- Proven experience with FSED, MOB, imaging, exam rooms, OR, ER, additions, renovations, and ground-up projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.

We design and engineer innovative wear solutions for crushers used in mining operations across the globe. You will collaborate closely with our global engineering and product teams to ensure our liner solutions remain the industry benchmark for performance and quality.
Role Summary
As a Senior Design Engineer β Crusher Liners, you will be a key contributor to the design, optimization, and technical performance of crushing consumables. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, youβll provide engineering expertise that drives product excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Youβll take ownership of chamber design, simulation, and optimization while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and FLSmidth best practices. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the design, analysis, and optimization of crushing consumables, including liners and wear parts.
Perform Chamber Optimization for gyro and cone crushers, including production capacity estimation, wear-life simulation, and chamber performance analysis.
Design and engineer crushing liners for various crusher configurations and applications.
Conduct Crushing Liners Optimization using data-driven insights and performance feedback to improve efficiency and wear performance.
Develop and validate Crushing Consumables designs, ensuring manufacturability, performance, and alignment with FLS standards.
Provide advanced engineering analysis (FEA, DEM, and volumetric analysis) to support optimized chamber and liner design.
Act as a technical reference point for liner design across regions, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with GSLMs, SLMs, Solution Specialists, Quality, and Service teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Ensure engineering deliverables are on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Support product innovation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and standards.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence across the global crushing consumables team.
Occasionally travel to customer sites to support field testing, data collection, and product validation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Mining Engineering.
Proven experience in crusher liner design, optimization, and development within the mining or manufacturing industries.
Strong technical expertise in chamber optimization (Gyro and Cone crushers) and crushing consumables design.
Proficiency in SolidWorks (Advanced level) and familiarity with AutoCAD and PLM tools (Teamcenter, Enovia).
Knowledge of industry design codes and standards (ASTM, ASME, API, AWS, ISO).
Analytical skills with experience in FEA, DEM simulations, and wear analysis.
Strong conceptual thinking, visualization, and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Travel required when necessary, on occasions.
