Position Overview: 


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our small scrappy team. This role will be responsible driving revenue by leading the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving the creation of brand content, and managing both DTC and B2B marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will oversee art direction for all launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and creative excellence across all touch points. Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management


• Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

• Oversee the art direction of all marketing campaigns, ensuring the visual aesthetic aligns with the brand’s identity and resonates with target audiences.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft compelling copy and visuals for marketing deliverables, including email, social media, website content, and digital ads.

• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI).


Content Creation & Social Media Management


• Coordinate and create engaging and visually appealing social media content using tools such as Canva, Adobe suite ensuring all visuals align with the brand’s tone, voice, and marketing objectives.

• Write copy for social media posts and oversee the visual content, curating the overall brand aesthetics across all platforms.

• Manage product tagging, links, and calls-to-action across social media channels to drive traffic and track campaign success.

 

Email & SMS Marketing


• Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including creative direction, copywriting, segmentation, and scheduling.

• Optimize email flows and automated sequences to enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall lifecycle marketing.


B2B Marketing Management


• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage brand partners, wholesale clients, and key business stakeholders.

• Create marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, digital assets, co-branded content) that supports B2B partnerships and drives sales.

• Manage trade show branding, including the creation of booth designs, promotional materials, and displays. Travel may be required for trade show attendance.

• Build and nurture relationships with business partners, attending industry events, and engaging in conversations to support brand growth in B2B channels.

• Measure the success of B2B campaigns by tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and partnership growth. 


External Partner Management


• Collaborate with external ad agencies and influencer marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, influencer/creator seeding PR packages.

• Oversee the creative direction for ad campaigns and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and strategic goals.

• Manage relationships with external partners, negotiating contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and meet customer needs.

• Collaborate with external agencies or freelance designers, photographers, creators, and copywriters when needed for larger marketing projects.


Reporting and Analysis

• Regularly track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and B2B channels

.• Provide actionable insights to senior management based on campaign performance and industry trends, adjusting future strategies accordingly. 


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand marketing, content creation, and email/SMS marketing. Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe and other marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop

• Experience in CPG Marketing

• Strong understanding of both DTC and B2B marketing strategies

.• Proven art direction experience with a keen eye for design and detail.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics.

• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description:

This is considered a senior level/leadership role. As an Automation Technician, you will work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance, automation and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve reliability of our systems. This role is the resident expert in mechanical, electrical and/or refrigeration systems.

  • Lead and educate compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or vendors as needed for additional troubleshooting.
  • Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate.
  • Mentor all maintenance personnel in developing appropriate skill sets and knowledge of equipment specializing in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration.
  • Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events.
  • Act as a network resource for technical issues and lead network-wide root cause analysis.
  • Develop maintenance personnel knowledge on intermediate to advanced mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration.
  • Audit maintenance personnel work and provide feedback to improve performance and quality.
  • Audit vendor work to provide feedback to leadership on quality of work and SLA performance.
  • Write and/or modify PMs to standardize across the network and increase effectiveness.

As an attorney working in this position, you will be responsible for projects that may include drafting complaints and petitions to initiate civil litigation in U.S. district courts, motions for preliminary injunctive relief, responses and replies to the government's pleadings, and drafting appellate briefs and motions for cases on appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.


What You’ll Do

  • Legal research and writing to develop legal arguments and litigation strategies
  • Work closely with the law firm's full-time attorneys to support them and their clients with district court or appellate written work product
  • Draft complaints and petitions to initiate civil litigation in U.S. district courts
  • Write motions for preliminary injunctive relief, and prepare responses and replies to the government's pleadings
  • Prepare opening and reply briefs for BIA and Circuit Court appeals
  • Legal research and writing for other BIA and immigration court matters


Compensation and Benefits

  • Attorneys filling this position are independent contractors and are ineligible for benefits
  • Contract attorneys will accept or reject legal assignments on a per-project basis


What You’ll Bring

  • Juris Doctor degree and active licensure in good standing in at least one state, and membership in at least one federal district court
  • No less than five years of substantial immigration federal court litigation experience

The Role

We are looking for a meticulous Assembly Technician to join our production team. As the final hand to touch our machines before they reach a customer, you are responsible for transforming raw chassis and boxes of components into race-ready Factory Karts. This role requires a high degree of mechanical skill, the ability to follow technical assembly guides, and a \"zero-defect\" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Kart Assembly: Build a complete kart chassis from the ground up, including steering systems, brake systems, floorboards, and bodywork.
  • Component Installation: Install engines, cooling systems, and drive train components with precision torque and alignment.
  • Plumbing & Routing: Cleanly and securely route fuel lines, brake lines, and electrical wiring for maximum reliability.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform final nut-and-bolt checks on every machine to ensure it meets our strict factory standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any fitment issues during the assembly process to maintain production flow.

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanical Background: Experience as a mechanic (automotive, powersports, or cycling) is highly preferred.
  • Tool Mastery: Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in \"clean\" builds—straight lines, proper clearances, and perfect finishes.
