Position Summary
- The Medical Records Director (Non-Nurse) maintains the patients’ clinical records, including coding, auditing, and providing pertinent staff education regarding recordkeeping procedures in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Serves as the designated Privacy Officer for the facility.

Education, Experience, and Licensure/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Requirements

Essential Functions
- Audit and complete ongoing review of all patients’ clinical records to ensure documentation and performance compliance
- Maintain current, overflow, and discharged record filing systems
- Serve as the facility’s Privacy Officer for HIPAA compliance
- Understand and apply LTC payment systems, including Medicare
- Use ICD-10-CM coding
- Use CPT/HCPCS coding systems
- Effectively communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health personnel
- Interview, hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and supervise medical records staff

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Sr. Injury Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, responsible to adjust attorney involved moderately complex bodily injury to include confirming coverage, determining liability, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, defending, and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. Accountable for delivering a concierge level of best in class member service through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and compassion.
This role is remote eligible in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site three days per week.
For new hires starting, we are offering a signing bonus of $2,500. Bonus will be paid in one lump sum (minus applicable taxes) after 45 days of employment.
What you'll do:
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.

Collaborates and supports team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate matters for escalation.

Supports workload surges and/or Catastrophe Operations as needed.
May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
What you have:
High School or General Equivalency Diploma.
1 year of injury adjusting experience.
2 years of auto liability claims adjusting experience.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract as well as application of case law and state laws and regulations.

The Impact
As a Research & Resolution Consultant, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Performing research and analysis to support business operations and present finding to managers
- Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues and escalations related to Broker/Dealer business
- Identify opportunity to enhance and update workflows, procedures, and policies and determine best practices with some direction
- Make level appropriate decisions while weighing business risk and customer service, and document justification of exception processing
- Utilize problem solving toolkit to identify trending and demonstrate the ability to provide countermeasures to enhance the client experience and integrate the ease of doing business philosophy into operations
- Analyze trading activity of registered representatives through research and execution of trades to correct errors made by registered representatives and internal business partners
- Work with legal and compliance, peers, management to carryout processing of legal orders and regulatory requests, and Customer Relations requests on customer complaints
The Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ year MMLIS experience and / or 5+ years' financial services experience
- Series 7 & 24 required at time of application
- 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite

SUPERINTENDENT FAMILY - CORE
- Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff and needed.
- Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
- Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.

- Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.

Job SummaryIn this role, you will supervise employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensures effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching, development, and performance reviews. Administers the hiring, termination, and disciplinary process for production area personnel. Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.

- Responsible for shift personnel scheduling and assignments, verbal communications and visual checks of all work activity for the duration of each assigned shift, ensuring that quality requirements are being fulfilled.

- Direct and assists training of all production floor positions; topics include, but not limited to: SOPs, WIs, SPCs, and FDA regulations.

- Responsible for finalizing all necessary data that is required for a timely, shift-to-shift transition, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
