The Floor Supervisor's primary function is to assist and support the Store and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the store, including all personnel, product, merchandising, and visual functions, business processes and results for the store. Assist management with recruiting, training and development of associates.
Overall responsibilities include:
- Direct and motivate the store team to provide service in accordance with the TH Customer Service program, generate sales and profit, minimize losses and while ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.

- Communicate statistical results and identify business needs.
- Communicate with team at Take 5 meetings, regarding individual sales performance, and other key performance indicators such as UPT, conversion, store results, product sales and other information to help them provide great service and achieve goals.
- Assist with training, monitoring and executing Direct Replenishment and Recovery process.
- Recognize problems, analyze causes, and generate alternatives and solutions.
- Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance.
Operational responsibilities include:
- Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations.
- Receiving and processing shipments and transfers.
- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
- Assist to ensure store has all necessary tools (i.e. supplies, resources, binders, posters, etc.) and knowledge of how to use them adequately.
- Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store
- Store opening and closing.
- Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.
Leadership responsibilities include:
- Work with store management to source the best talent through networking and recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation process. Identify new hires who possess skills representative of the TH Brand and image.
- Assist in the development of all associates to be knowledgeable in areas of product and sales by communicating openly, honestly, and constructively.
- Create energy, excitement and recognition around team and individual accomplishment and successes.
- Participate and assists the Store Manager in weekly management meetings and quarterly staff meetings.
- Change schedules, adapt to the needs of the position, undertaking night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrate teamwork and lead by example within store.
Merchandising & Visual responsibilities include:
- Assists in making business decisions based on current sell-through strategies.

Pay Range:$15-$18.16 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. Position: Tommy’s Folly Café Manager (Coffee shop, Smoothie, and Ice Cream Shop)
Reports To: Congress Hall General Manager and Food and Beverage Director
Supervisory Responsibilities: Café clerks
Position Overview: As Tommy’s Folly Café Manager, the principal responsibilities are to maintain inventory of all café retail products, schedule, manage, and coach all clerks, and execute all directives from the General Manager and Food and Beverage Director. The position is responsible for creating goals that will ensure yearly growth, successfully hitting budgeted revenue and payroll goals. Excellent opportunity for a working manager to run an established coffee shop in addition to a new Ice Cream Shop and Smoothie Bar!
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring proper levels of inventory in TF for all products and request items when levels fall below pars. Constantly maintain shop inventory in addition to collecting month-end inventory counts.
- Receives direction from the buyer regarding branding and look of store and follows through with related responsibilities.
- Communicate with the kitchen on food sales, consistency of food products, and maintain food pars.
- Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, as required.
- Participate in the annual goal setting for Tommy’s Folly, as related to the Business Plan, Annual Budget and Profit & Loss statements.
- Hire, train, manage, and coach clerks to properly interact with guests, provide accurate information about shop products and local information. Educate clerks about weekly activities pertaining to all Cape Resorts properties so they can communicate with guests.
- Serve as role model of impeccable service and communication between guests and staff.
- Responsible for accurate recording of payroll.
- Responsible for nightly collection and recording of Aloha
- Scheduled to fulfill barista or ice cream duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to converse with guests and provide information in a friendly manner.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess good computational ability.
- Must possess computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must have good knowledge of property POS and PMS systems.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects daily.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year’s previous customer service experience required (preferably in a coffee shop).
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company standards.
