Degrees: Someone has an engineering mechanical, civil, electrical or architectural degree a plus


Software-

  • Smartsheet; Procore; Microsoft projects
  • Plus with Revit, AutoCAD
  • AI app skills a huge plus (AI Management tools)


Disqualifier:

  • Not enough experience
  • Design and construction experience


Top Must Haves:

  • 7+ Years of experience in design and construction life cycle
