About the Role

The Associate Attorney will join a team of 18 personal injury attorneys to take on an inventory of cases and be responsible for working them through pre-litigation and negotiating with the insurance company to ensure that our client gets fairly compensated for their damages. Each of our attorneys is highly invested in and involved with their clients, making client management and communication a key priority.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an associate attorney, admitted to the Oregon Bar with three to five years of experience, ideally in civil law. You might be our ideal candidate if you:

Experience

• $120,000 - $170,000 base compensation

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Merchandising Manager on the APLA Global Football Merchandising team, you'll utilize marketplace data, consumer insights, foresight, and hindsight to make decisions, influence and develop seasonal plans to serve our consumer. You'll provide qualitative and quantitative insights to the Consumer Merchandising teams, the counterparts on Global Merchandising teams across Sports and gender constructs. You'll lead the management of our merchandising KPIs through robust analysis of retail insights and performance. You'll build positive and trustworthy relationships with your partners (including Client Direct Merchants, Marketing, Consumer Planning, and Territory Merchants, among others) to build and land assortments that meet the needs of consumers, take them to a new place, and differentiate the key points of distribution across key cities. You'll work with your cross-functional team to maintain the optimal balance between a pull and push market.

This role is located in Beaverton, Oregon but works within the Asia Pacific and Latin America geography, whose main goal is to represent and serve the voice of the consumers who inhabit six major markets in this region (Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and India, Australia & New Zealand, Mexico, and Central and South America).

You will work closely with fellow merchants and cross-functional teams within Global and Geo Merchandising; Planning, Allocation, and Brand Marketing. We also work with finance, operations and the insights/analytics teams; relying on business reporting for your area which includes quantitative and qualitative metrics on sales, inventory and consumer behaviors.

Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end data processes within a growing, values-driven organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and actionable across the business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to reporting and stakeholder enablement.

Data Engineer Responsibilities

• Own data quality across systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to transform raw data into clean, structured datasets.
• Manage data ingestion processes from multiple internal and external sources, including APIs and databases.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and schemas to support analytics and reporting needs.

• Hands-on experience with Python for data transformation, scripting, and automation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, including data modeling and DAX.
• Experience designing and managing ETL/ELT processes and understanding when to apply each approach.
