This position requires traveling to locations scheduled daily. Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and be willing to drive the following areas:

Schedule:Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch (35 hrs. per week).

Job Overview
The Litigation Paralegal will support multiple senior attorneys and assist in all aspects of litigation, including document preparation, case management, and coordination of court filings and deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary paralegal supporting multiple senior litigation attorneys
- Prepare, format, finalize, file, and serve legal documents
- E-file documents in federal and state courts and prepare courtesy copies
- Prepare tables of contents and authorities and assist with cite-checking
- Manage attorney calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate court appearances and meetings
- Arrange depositions, including scheduling, coordinating participants, and preparing exhibits and binders
- Prepare basic legal documents using templates (subpoenas, discovery requests, court forms, etc.)
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
- Compile materials for client meetings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Assist with document production, including organization and Bates stamping
- Communicate with courts, clients, opposing counsel, and vendors
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Answer firm phone lines as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with e-filing in federal courts strongly preferred
- Experience e-filing in New York and New Jersey state courts required; Pennsylvania experience a plus
- Familiarity with document management systems, CRM systems, and time entry systems

- Champion and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
- Collaborate with functional and department leaders to deploy process enhancements that improve throughput, lower costs, and elevate quality performance.

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads the QC team, coordinates testing and inspections, analyzes data, and implements corrective actions to maintain product excellence and compliance. This is a second shift role (3pm - 12am).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team in daily laboratory and inspection activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Review and approve QC test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate in-process and final product inspections and testing.
- Investigate quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, FDA regulations, or other relevant guidelines.
- Maintain QC documentation, logs, and records to support audits and inspections.
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, and QA teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Monitor laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare reports and present quality metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QC laboratory techniques, testing methods, and quality standards.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, ISO, FDA).
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
